全球化变局、全球治理与开放经济供给侧改革

【摘要】：当前全球化正在经历的变局由于全球经济结构变化和全球治理矛盾而可能持续一个时期,在新形势下,我国参与、引领全球化进程的能力基础和实现程度取决于开放经济供给侧结构性改革目标的达成,以及路径的科学合理性。我们必须深入思考全球化变局、全球治理矛盾与我国开放经济供给侧改革三者间的逻辑关系,在实践中系统把握好新一轮改革开放的目标与路径。
[Abstract]:The current changes in globalization are likely to last for a period because of the changes in the global economic structure and the contradictions in global governance. Under the new circumstances, China is participating. The ability foundation and realization degree of leading the globalization process depends on the realization of the supply-side structural reform goal of open economy and the scientific rationality of the path. We must think deeply about the logical relationship between the change of globalization, the contradiction of global governance and the supply-side reform of China's open economy, and systematically grasp the goal and path of a new round of reform and opening up in practice.
