“人类命运共同体”:走向“自由人联合体”的当代路径

【摘要】：面对复杂的世界形势和日益突出的全球问题,习近平总书记提出并积极倡导构建"人类命运共同体",对世界历史"新常态"作出有力回应。"人类命运共同体"是人类在全球化进程中应对全球问题的必然选择,蕴涵着包容互鉴、合作共赢、持续发展、共同繁荣的丰富内涵,彰显着旨在促进人类发展进步的价值诉求,是人类走向"自由人联合体"的当代选择。世界各国加快自身发展、积极建立和自觉遵守国际新秩序、努力推进一体化,是构建"人类命运共同体"的实践路径。
[Abstract]:In the face of the complex world situation and increasingly prominent global problems, General Secretary Xi Jinping has proposed and actively advocated the construction of a "community of human destinies" to respond to the "new normal" in world history. " The Community of Human Destiny is the inevitable choice for mankind to deal with global problems in the process of globalization. It contains the rich connotations of tolerance and mutual learning, win-win cooperation, sustainable development and common prosperity, and demonstrates the value demands aimed at promoting the development and progress of human beings. It is the contemporary choice for mankind to go to the Commonwealth of Free Man. It is a practical way to construct "human destiny community" that countries in the world speed up their own development, actively establish and consciously abide by the new international order, and strive to promote integration.
