北极安全新态势与中国北极安全利益维护

【摘要】：随着北极地区的变化,北极安全呈现新的态势。非传统安全因素的作用日益凸显,北极各国在北极地区军事部署不断增强、各国在北极安全问题上存在不同的利益主张、气候和环境合作需求空前加强以及北极安全合作等问题日益全球化。作为北极的重要利益攸关方,中国在北极地区享有广泛的能源安全、生态安全与国家安全等安全利益。中国需要从国家层面战略制定与实施、机制构建、国际合作和国内科研水平提升等多方面去维护中国的北极安全利益。
[Abstract]:With the changes of the Arctic region, the role of non-traditional security factors has become increasingly prominent. The military deployment of the Arctic countries has been strengthened continuously. Different countries have different interests in the Arctic security issues. The demand for climate and environmental cooperation has been strengthened unprecedentedly and the Arctic security cooperation has become increasingly globalized. As an important stakeholder in the Arctic, China enjoys a wide range of security interests in the Arctic, such as energy security, ecological security and national security.
