中国特色大国外交战略思想的发展和挑战

【摘要】：党的十八大以来,中国特色大国外交的战略思维日益创新,战略目标不断深化,战略规划逐步完善,战略任务更加明确。但是,随着综合国力和国际地位的提升,中国受到的来自各方的战略关注不断提升,承担的国际责任和义务持续增加,因而需要从理论和实践上加强发展创新,特别要全面和有重点地确立战略重点,提高塑造周边和全球国际秩序的能力,处理好同关键国家和地区的关系,为实现"两个一百年"的奋斗目标和中国梦而创造更好的内外环境。
[Abstract]:Since the 18th National Congress of the Party, the strategic thinking of great powers with Chinese characteristics has been innovating day by day, the strategic objectives have been deepened, the strategic planning has been gradually improved, and the strategic tasks have become clearer. However, with the promotion of comprehensive national strength and international status, the strategic concern of China from all sides has been constantly rising, and the international responsibilities and obligations assumed by China have continued to increase. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the theoretical and practical development of innovation. In particular, it is necessary to establish strategic priorities in a comprehensive and focused manner, to enhance the capacity to shape the peripheral and global international order and to manage relations with key countries and regions, To achieve the goal of "two hundred years" and Chinese Dream to create a better internal and external environment.
