以博弈求合作——特朗普时代中美关系的思考

【摘要】：右翼民粹主义的政治支持是特朗普上台的重要基础。特朗普上台后,对美国内政外交政策的调整给中美关系带来了较大的不确定性,但中美关系作为世界上最重要的一对双边关系,和则双赢,斗则两败,使得中美关系机遇与挑战并存。为此,中国应积极做好战略应对,以博弈求合作:一是寻求共同利益,夯实合作根基;二是抓住战略机遇,提升博弈能力;三是加强对话交流,化解争端分歧。
[Abstract]:Political support for right-wing populism is an important basis for Mr Trump's rise to power. Since Trump came to power, the adjustment of US domestic and foreign policy has brought greater uncertainty to Sino-US relations. However, as the most important bilateral relationship in the world, Sino-US relations will win and lose in the fight. Both opportunities and challenges exist in Sino-American relations. For this reason, China should actively do a good job in strategic response and seek cooperation by game: first, seek common interests and consolidate the foundation of cooperation; second, seize strategic opportunities and enhance the ability to play games; third, strengthen dialogue and exchange to resolve disputes.
