特朗普的对俄政策与美俄关系的四个维度

【摘要】：随着美国新总统特朗普上台,美俄关系备受瞩目。由于选举期间的言行,特朗普及其团队的对俄立场在国内备受质疑。上任后,特朗普的对俄政策逐渐清晰,在乌克兰、叙利亚、北约等问题上,逐渐回归传统路线。美俄关系由四个维度所决定,即总统及其团队的政治观、美国的政治结构和社会舆论、俄罗斯的行为和中国的角色。其中,总统及其团队的政治观是短时期的影响因素,而美国的国家利益和民众感情是长时期影响因素。俄罗斯的外交行为和美国对中国的判断,也会对美俄关系造成影响。
[Abstract]:With the new US President Donald Trump taking office, US-Russia relations have attracted much attention. Trump and his team's position on Russia has been called into question at home because of his words and deeds during the election. Since taking office, Trump's policy toward Russia has become clearer, and on Ukraine, Syria, NATO and other issues, he has gradually returned to the traditional line. The relationship between the United States and Russia is determined by four dimensions, namely, the President and his team's political views, the political structure and public opinion of the United States, Russia's behavior and the role of China. Among them, the president and his team's political view is the influence factor in a short period of time, and the American national interest and the populace sentiment is the long-term influence factor. Russian diplomacy and American judgment on China will also have an impact on American-Russian relations.
