转型中的英国外交

【摘要】：正英国外交目前在国际上引起广泛关注,有所谓"退欧说"、"弃美说"等。一种更有代表性的观点可以被称为"退场说",即以卡梅伦为代表的英国新一代当政者胸无大志、甘于过小国寡民、小富即安的日子,英国正从世界舞台上退场。~①近年来随着国际战略环境的变化,英国外交政策无疑正在经历重大的调整和变动,但这一转型远非上述种种看法所能概括。本文先对哪些因素在影响英国当前外交政策作一简要分析,然后对2015年大选后成立的卡梅伦新政府领导下的英国外交走向提出粗浅的看法。
[Abstract]:At present, British diplomacy has aroused widespread concern in the international community, such as "Brexit" and "abandon the United States" and so on. A more representative view can be called the "exit theory", in which the new generation of British politicians, represented by Cameron, have no ambitions and are willing to live a life of small country, oligopoly, and prosperity. Britain is leaving the world stage. With the change of international strategic environment in recent years, British foreign policy is undoubtedly undergoing major adjustments and changes, but this transformation is far from being summed up by the above views. This paper makes a brief analysis of the factors that influence Britain's current foreign policy, and then puts forward a brief view on the direction of British diplomacy under the leadership of Cameron's new government established after the 2015 general election.
