“中欧关系中的误解”学术研讨会综述

【摘要】：正当今世界,权力中心多元化(分散)和权力集中(若干极)的两种趋势并行发展的现象日益明显。在讨论这两种趋势的时候,我们都离不开对其中两大重要的行为体——中国与欧盟的分析和研究。但是由于中国与欧盟分属于东西方,其历史文化传统和现实政治经济等都存在重大的差异,对双方关系的认知不免出现误解。如何认识这些误解的来源和运行机制?如何对未来的中欧关系加以预测?如何避免这些误解所产生的障碍并能推动中欧关系取得长足发展?清华大学中欧关系研究中心与荷兰格罗宁根大学国际关系与国际组织学系于2013年10月26日在清华紫光国际会议中心举办了"中欧关系中的误解"学术研讨会。此次研讨
[Abstract]:In today's world, it is increasingly obvious that the two trends of power center diversification (decentralization) and power concentration (several poles) develop in parallel. In discussing these two trends, we need analysis and research on the two major actors-China and the European Union. However, since China and the European Union belong to the East and West, there are significant differences in their historical and cultural traditions and political and economic reality, so there are misunderstandings about the relationship between the two countries. How to understand the origin and operation mechanism of these misunderstandings? How to predict the future of China-EU relations? How can we avoid the obstacles caused by these misunderstandings and promote the development of China-EU relations by leaps and bounds? The Sino-European Relations Research Center of Tsinghua University and the Department of International Relations and International Organization of Groningen University in the Netherlands held an academic seminar on "misunderstanding in China-EU Relations" at the International Conference Center of Ziguang in Tsinghua on October 26, 2013.
