美国新版《国家军事战略》报告的新变化

【摘要】：2015年7月,奥巴马政府发表了第二份美国《国家军事战略》报告。报告对当前的战略环境、军事安全、军事战略以及军队建设等方面进行了全面论述。与4年前相比,报告在美国军事战略上出现了许多新变化,特别值得注意的是,提出了新的作战目标和军队建设方向。对这些新变化我们应当予以高度关注。
[Abstract]:In July 2015, the Obama administration released its second National military Strategy report. The report comprehensively discusses the current strategic environment, military security, military strategy and military construction. Compared with four years ago, the report shows many new changes in US military strategy. We should pay great attention to these new changes.
