【摘要】：回顾2013年国际形势,总体是依旧错综复杂、动荡多变。主要表现在以下几个方面:全球金融危机后续效应明显,发达国家的经济复苏乏力,新兴市场国家与发展中国家经济增速放缓,但财政基本面好于发达国家;美国奥巴马政府内外处境尴尬,棱镜门事件更使其信誉受损;欧盟依然经济形势持续低迷,内部矛盾增多,未来前途迷茫,正在缓慢走向衰落;中东乱局依旧,正呈现一些具有长远影响的新变化;中国在内政、外交方面都取得了令世人瞩目的成就,成为2013年国际形势中最大的亮点。
