近五年中国国际政治学界欧洲一体化研究综述

【摘要】：近五年来,欧洲承受着全球金融危机和欧洲国家主权债务危机带来的各种压力与困难,一体化面临严峻考验。为应对危机、提升竞争力,欧盟推出了各个层面的改革。中国学者运用一些理论框架、从新的视角出发,在对欧洲一体化进程的研究和讨论中迸发出不少新观点。本文从国内学界对欧洲一体化的解释,对欧盟经济治理、宪政化和共同外交与安全政策改革的探讨,对欧洲一体化本身和研究方法的反思三个方面,梳理了学者们的观点。在总结研究亮点的同时,也指出了研究过程中存在的问题。
[Abstract]:In the past five years, Europe has been subjected to various pressures and difficulties brought about by the global financial crisis and the sovereign debt crisis of European countries, and the integration is facing a severe test. In order to deal with the crisis and enhance competitiveness, the European Union has introduced reforms at all levels. Using some theoretical frameworks, Chinese scholars burst out a lot of new views in the research and discussion of the European integration process from a new perspective. This paper combs the scholars' views from three aspects: the explanation of European integration in domestic academic circles, the discussion of EU economic governance, constitutionalism and the reform of common foreign and security policy, and the reflection of European integration itself and research methods. At the same time, it also points out the problems in the research process.
