【摘要】：全球化背景下,文明之间的关系日趋复杂多样,竞争与合作,冲突和对话错综复杂,交织在一起。无论是在政治、经济,还是文化领域都呈现出无处不在,无时不有的现象,因而,认真研究、科学评估文明之间的关系,促进文明对话,化解文明冲突,并给出相应的对策和建议,为人类文明的发展提供正确的理论指导,就显得尤为重要和迫切。本文以全球化、现代化为理论观察背景,以马克思主义文化哲学理论为基本理论支撑和概念分析框架,坚持理论联系实际的原则、立足全球文明发展的实践,在充分借鉴国内外有关文明对话理论及其研究成果的基础上,综合运用多种科学研究方法,从文明冲突导致的恶果和人类面临的共同挑战和困境入手,对文明对话过程中所产生的问题和亟待解决的问题进行深入分析和多方面研究,揭示出文明对话的发展规律和深层意义,以达到更好地引导和促进;并探求在中国崛起中,如何更好地开展中华文明与异域文明之间的良好合作和交流,发掘中华文明对世界文明的贡献,为促进世界文明的对话而贡献一份绵薄之力。文章共分三大部分:第一部分主要讨论了文明对话的必要性和开展文明对话的可能性。首先,分析了当今环境下,开展文明对话有利于推动和保持文明对样性的存在和发展,认为文明对话是文明多样性存在和发展的基础。其次,分析了文明对话有利于化解文明冲突所带来的灾难,对于消除冲突具有积极作用;也有利于解决在反对霸权主义过程中所导致的恐怖主义战争,对于维护世界和平具有积极作用。再次,分析认为开展文明对话有利于各文明主体的进一步反思和自我提升,更加有利于多样文明的共存。第二部分主要分析讨论了文明对话的旨趣和原则,认为文明对话的总旨趣是为了全人类文明的发展而寻找一条大道,促进人类文明更好更快发展。而发掘各文明间所共有的普适性思想价值;深刻理解各文明中真善美的价值;寻求爱人、关怀和宽容的共性,追求和共享人类的共同价值;加强不同文明的合作,保护和尊重人的发展权,保证人的平等与自由;继承和学习每种文明的优秀成果,促进人类文明共同繁荣与发展就成为一些具体的内容。为保证这个旨趣的实现,还提出了一些有关促进和保证文明对话有效开展的原则:即坚持理解、包容和尊重的原则,实现和睦相处、和而不同的原则;坚持仁道和恕道的原则,尊重世界多样性,提倡多元并存的原则;坚持诚信原则,求大同存小异,相互包容,拒绝排斥等。文章的第三部分对开展文明对话的路径和限度做了分析,并形成了一些自己的认识,认为文明对话的路径是一个复杂的综合性极强的人类活动,必须全方位、多角度、多视野地展开,必须积极创建综合性文明对话路径。为此分析了政治制度层面的交流和推动、经济合作方面的展开和影响、以及价值观层面上的交流和合作,认为这三种对话路径是目前最为突出和最具有影响力的对话路径,而且实践证明他们也都具重要的作用。当然,任何事情的发展都不是一帆风顺,文明对话也存在很多阻力和限度,本文主要列举了国家利益、霸权主义、极端民族主义、各文明实体之间的巨大差异、文明冲突论等对文明对话的负面影响,一窥管豹。总的来讲,虽然文明对话前进途中面临着如此多的困难,但面对开展文明对话我们依然信心盈怀,相信解决的办法总比困难多,所以,坚信文明对话必将在新的千年成为各文明主体普遍认同和共同推动的选择,成为解决国际争端、维护世界和平与发展的重要力量。
[Abstract]:In the context of globalization, the relationship between civilizations is increasingly complex and diverse, and competition and cooperation, conflicts and dialogue are complex and intertwined. Whether in the political, economic, or cultural fields, there is the phenomenon of everywhere, and there is no such phenomenon. It is very important and urgent to provide the correct theoretical guidance for the development of human civilization.
