殊途同归与分道扬镳:时空延展、世界时间和现代国家

【摘要】：主流的国际关系理论认为在系统的权力和规范压力下,国家在组织和价值理念上会越来越趋同。既有的理论框架无法有效解释现代国际体系中大量异质性国家的出现,主流理论也包含了充满偏见的价值规范。实际上,现代国家呈现出趋同和差异的双重运动过程,这是时空延展和世界时间共同起作用的结果。现代性通过时空延展促使全球空间从传统向发端于欧洲的现代社会转型,但是世界时间通过次序、资源和主观策略等影响机制塑造出了获得现代性的不同方式。冷战结束后,时空延展达到空前的地步,美国借此将自己的影响力向全世界辐射。但是,这并不意味着历史的终结,相反,时空对人类命运的影响依然明显存在。
[Abstract]:The mainstream theory of international relations holds that under the pressure of systematic power and norms, countries will converge more and more in the concept of organization and value. The existing theoretical framework can not effectively explain the emergence of a large number of heterogeneous countries in the modern international system, and the mainstream theory also contains biased value norms. In fact, modern countries show a dual process of convergence and difference, which is the result of space-time extension and world time. Modernity promotes the transformation of global space from tradition to modern society originating in Europe through space-time extension, but the world time shapes different ways of obtaining modernity through the influence mechanism of order, resources and subjective strategy. After the end of the Cold War, the extension of time and space reached an unprecedented point, by which the United States radiated its influence to the world. However, this does not mean the end of history, on the contrary, the influence of time and space on human destiny still exists.
