海陆两个丝路:通向世界的战略之梯

【摘要】：2013年中国外交关于构建海陆丝绸之路的战略构想举世瞩目。"两个丝路"的构建是我国国际影响逐步外溢的客观需要,是中国加强与欧亚非地区紧密经济合作的巧妙形式。它们横贯欧亚大陆、贯穿太平洋和印度洋,是中国与国际社会构建利益共同体的战略之梯。为此,要继续夯实海陆丝绸之路沿线国家的政治关系,增强战略互信;加强各国在安全领域的交流与合作;以点带面、从线到片,逐步形成区域大合作;要最大限度地彰显张骞出使西域和郑和下西洋的历史作用和历史价值,将政治关系优势、经济互补优势转化为务实合作优势,把我国同欧亚非国家的互利合作推向新的历史高度。
[Abstract]:In 2013, China's diplomatic strategy of building a sea and land Silk Road attracted worldwide attention. The construction of "two Silk roads" is an objective need for the gradual spillover of China's international influence and a clever form for China to strengthen close economic cooperation with Eurasian and African regions. They traverse Eurasia, the Pacific Ocean and the Indian Ocean, and are the strategic ladder for China to build a community of interests with the international community. To this end, it is necessary to continue to consolidate the political relations of the countries along the maritime and land Silk Road, strengthen strategic mutual trust, strengthen exchanges and cooperation among countries in the field of security, and gradually form a major regional cooperation from line to film.
