当前美国的亚太安全政策分析

【摘要】：当前国际关系的重心正在从大西洋转向太平洋，而位于太平洋东岸的亚洲在新兴经济体的带动下经济发展迅速，越来越受到国际社会的关注。中国的崛起对美国的霸主地位形成了潜在的挑战，使得美国不得不调整其亚洲战略。现实情况是美国的实力出现了相对下降，为此美国高调宣布“重返亚洲战略”，同希望强化其现有双边同盟体系，力图构建类似北约的“亚洲版北约”组织。美国利用中国南海问题、朝鲜问题等地区热点为突破口，为中国的崛起制造各种障碍，大力宣传所谓“中国威胁论”，为进一步加强与亚洲国家合作，整合亚太同盟格局创造气氛。本文在回顾亚太安全结构现状的基础上，结合亚太安全形势出现的新情况，深入分析了当前美国的亚太安全政策，对美国亚太安全结构的未来发展方向进行了探讨。由于美国更多的介入亚太事务，使得亚洲局势日益复杂化，，对中国的发展和安全造成消极影响，因此为了赢得周边的稳定，中国对美国的亚洲政策调整必须高度关注，同时积极理性应对。
[Abstract]:At present, the focus of international relations is shifting from the Atlantic to the Pacific, and Asia, which is located on the eastern coast of the Pacific, is developing rapidly with the help of the emerging economies, and has attracted more and more attention from the international community. China's rise poses a potential challenge to America's dominance, forcing the United States to adjust its Asia strategy. The reality is that the United States has seen a relative decline in power, so the United States has announced a high-profile "return to Asia Strategy" and hopes to strengthen its existing bilateral alliance system in an effort to build a NATO-like "Asian version of NATO". The United States made use of the South China Sea issue and the North Korean issue as breakthroughs to create various obstacles to China's rise, vigorously publicize the so-called "China threat theory," and further strengthen cooperation with Asian countries. Integration of the Asia-Pacific alliance to create an atmosphere. Based on the review of the current situation of the Asia-Pacific security structure and the new situation of the security situation in the Asia-Pacific region, this paper analyzes the current security policy of the United States in the Asia-Pacific region, and discusses the future development direction of the security structure of the United States in the Asia-Pacific region.
