冷战后影响中蒙两国关系的发展因素研究
[Abstract]:Mongolia and China are friendly neighbors. China and Mongolia established diplomatic relations in 1949. Both China and Mongolia belong to developing countries and therefore share many of the same interests. After the Cold War, the two countries carried out fruitful cooperation in politics, economy, culture, exchange and so on. By carefully observing the history of the development of bilateral relations, we can explore and study, and it is in the fundamental interests of the peoples of the two countries to step up cooperation between the two countries in all aspects. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to analyze calmly the history of Sino-Mongolian relations after the Cold War, to analyze the influential factors of the development of China and Mongolia, and to analyze the effective cooperation between China and Mongolia in the future. This paper is composed of the following contents. In the introduction, it mainly explains the basis and significance of the topic selection, as well as the status quo of China-Mongolia relationship at home and abroad. The unique cut-in point, put forward the policy suggestion to the development of Sino-Mongolian relations is the innovation point of this article. The first chapter briefly discusses the history of Sino-Mongolian relations after the Cold War, including political and military aspects, economic and trade relations and cultural exchanges. The second chapter analyzes the promoting factors of Sino-Mongolian relations, including three aspects. The third chapter analyzes the restrictive factors of Sino-Mongolian relations, including three aspects. In Chapter 4, some suggestions are put forward to promote Sino-Mongolian relations, including political, economic and cultural aspects. The first chapter discusses the history of Sino-Mongolian relations after the Cold War. In 1989, Mongolia achieved normalization, the two countries in the political, economic, cultural and other aspects of wide-ranging exchanges. The two sides issued a Sino-Mongolian joint communique and signed a treaty on friendly relations with neighboring countries. Since then, China and Mongolia have established a good-neighborly partnership of mutual trust. The main promoting factors and restricting factors of Sino-Mongolian relations are as follows: first, the geographical advantages of the two countries. The border between China and Mongolia is 4710 kilometers long, and the border with Inner Mongolia, China, is 3193 kilometers long. Because of Mongolia's special geography, strategic position is particularly important. Second, China and Mongolia are highly complementary to each other in terms of natural resources, economic structure, labor force and technology. Third, the friendly foreign policy implemented by China has provided conditions for the development of Sino-Mongolian relations, while Mongolia's "multi-fulcrum" foreign policy has brought opportunities for the development of the two countries. But because of the estrangement between China and Mongolia, Mongolia always has some doubts about China's history and current development. The differences and contradictions between the two countries on sensitive issues will not disappear soon. In addition, the diplomatic relations between the United States, Russia and Mongolia have brought variables to the development of China and Mongolia. In the fourth chapter, some suggestions on promoting Sino-Mongolian relations are put forward. First, high-level leaders of the two countries should exchange frequent visits to strengthen political and other areas of cooperation. Secondly, the two countries should give full play to the factors of economic complementarity, strengthen the economic and trade relations, and realize the win-win economic situation. Again, efforts should be made to intensify cultural exchanges between the two countries. We encourage Mongolian youth to study in China, hold international festivals and cultural festivals between China and Mongolia, and actively promote the development of tourism between the two countries. Finally, we should strengthen Sino-US dialogue and deepen Sino-Russian cooperation in order to create a stable and secure regional environment for the development of Sino-Mongolian relations.
