北极治理与中国参与——基于国际公共品理论的分析

【摘要】：国际公共品的供给状况反映了北极公共问题的治理程度。在当前的北极地缘政治环境下,国际公共品理论为我们研究北极公共治理提供了新的理论视角,也为我国参与北极治理提供了有说服力的理据。中国构建"国际公共品提供者"的身份,将是我国参与北极治理的一个重要路径,有助于消除北极国家的猜疑,维护我国在北极地区的国家利益。
[Abstract]:The supply of international public goods reflects the degree of governance of public problems in the Arctic. In the current Arctic geopolitical environment, the international public goods theory provides us with a new theoretical perspective for our research on Arctic public governance, and also provides a convincing basis for our participation in Arctic governance. China's construction of the status of "international public goods provider" will be an important path for China to participate in Arctic governance, which will help to dispel the suspicion of Arctic countries and safeguard our national interests in the Arctic region.
