从“天下责任”到“负责任大国”——身份视角下的中国国际责任观历史嬗变研究

【摘要】：近代以来,中国国际责任观经历了从"天下责任"到"负责任大国"的发展演变。中国一直都有自己的责任意识和责任观,但受自身国力、外来侵略、意识形态和国际环境等因素的影响,中国国际责任观在不同历史阶段有所不同。出于救国、建国、强国等不同的国家使命,中国的国际责任观和承担国际责任的能力有所不同。文章从身份与国际责任的视角,阐释了近代以来中国国际责任观从"天下责任"到"负责任大国"嬗变的历程、特点和规律。
[Abstract]:Since modern times, China's view of international responsibility has experienced the development and evolution from "world responsibility" to "responsible power". China has always had its own sense of responsibility and concept of responsibility, but under the influence of its own national strength, foreign aggression, ideology and international environment, China's view of international responsibility is different in different historical stages. China's view of international responsibility and its ability to bear international responsibility are different for different national missions, such as saving the country, building the people's Republic of China, strengthening the country and so on. From the perspective of identity and international responsibility, this paper explains the evolution course, characteristics and laws of China's view of international responsibility from "world responsibility" to "responsible power" since modern times.
