海上领土争端中的国家互信生成机制探析——以希腊与土耳其爱琴海争端为例

【摘要】：建立信任措施已经成为国与国之间普遍用来降低军事意外冲突的一种机制。但现有国际关系领域建立的信任措施(模型)大多重视经验分析,而鲜有探讨国家间互信机制的生成。本文以希腊与土耳其在爱琴海争端中的互信实践为研究案例,总结出两国建立互信机制的互动模式与实施路径,并进而梳理出国家间信任的三个层次,以期为中国解决海上领土争端提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:Confidence-building measures have become a common mechanism between States to reduce military accidental conflicts. However, most of the existing confidence measures (models) in the field of international relations attach importance to empirical analysis, but rarely discuss the generation of mutual trust mechanism between countries. Taking the practice of mutual trust between Greece and Turkey in the Aegean dispute as a case study, this paper summarizes the interaction mode and implementation path of establishing mutual trust mechanism between the two countries, and then combs out the three levels of trust between countries. In order to provide reference for China to resolve maritime territorial disputes.
