中越如何重拾战略互信——从越南的历史传统与大国外交政策说起

【摘要】：中越友好有很多正能量,也有不少消极因素。在中国的邻居中,越南既不同于朝鲜,也不同于菲律宾。尽管中越间不时有这样那样的问题,但出于维护双方的根本利益和共同利益考量,两国总能控制住局势,把握住发展的大方向。无论是从历史的经验教训,还是从两国眼前及今后的长远利益来看,甚至从有利于地区乃至世界的和平发展看,尽管两国关系不会一帆风顺,但中越都没有理由在可预见的未来不进行交流合作。
[Abstract]:Sino-Vietnamese friendship has a lot of positive energy and many negative factors. Among China's neighbors, Vietnam is different from North Korea and the Philippines. Although there are some problems between China and Vietnam from time to time, in order to safeguard the fundamental and common interests of both sides, the two countries can always control the situation and grasp the general direction of development. Whether from the experience and lessons of history, from the immediate and future long-term interests of the two countries, and even from the point of view of the peaceful development of the region and the world at large, although the relations between the two countries will not be smooth sailing, there is no reason for China and Vietnam not to carry out exchanges and cooperation in the foreseeable future.
