【摘要】:随着全球化的飞速发展,国际间的竞争日趋激烈,一个国家要想在激烈的国际竞争中占据主动权,不仅要提高以经济、科技、军事等为核心的国家硬实力,还要提高以文化、价值观念、道德水平等为核心的国家软实力,,文化软实力在国际竞争中的份量越来越重,软实力和硬实力相结合才能够推动国家的发展。我国第十八届三中全会的召开,确立了今后文化建设的方向和内容:建设社会主义文化强国,增强国家文化软实力,必须坚持社会主义先进文化前进方向,坚持中国特色社会主义文化发展道路,坚持以人民为中心的工作导向,进一步深化文化体制改革。要完善文化管理体制,建立健全现代文化市场体系,构建现代公共文化服务体系,提高文化开放水平。目前,我国文化软实力相对于西方国家起步较晚,仍然处于发展阶段,提高我国的文化软实力,是我国当前面临的紧迫任务。本文从文化入手,对我国文化软实力问题进行了研究,通过研究理清了我国文化软实力存在的问题,并提出了相应的对策。 本文共包括四部分内容: 第一部分:绪论。这一部分主要阐述了选题的背景及意义,国内外研究现状,研究的重点、难点及创新点。该部分主要是为课题的研究做铺垫。 第二部分:文化的概述。这一部分首先介绍了文化的概念、功能和特征,其次阐述了软实力的内涵及本质,再次从增强民族凝聚力、促进社会的和谐、抵制西方文化的入侵和塑造国家形象四个方面论述了提升我国文化软实力的意义。 第三部分:我国文化软实力的现状。这一部分首先从优秀传统文化得到弘扬,现代文化走出去成就斐然,增强了国家的国际影响力三个方面阐述了我国在文化软实力建设方面取得的成绩。其次从主流文化受到冲击,文化产业发展滞后,文化贸易逆差严重,文化传播能力较弱,优秀文化传承不畅等五个方面论述了我国文化软实力面临问题。 第四部分:提升我国文化软实力的对策。这一部分从加强主流文化对文化发展的引领,传承我国优秀的传统文化,提高我国文化产业的国际竞争力,提升国民的综合文化素质等方面阐述了提升我国文化软实力的对策。 希望这一研究能够为我国文化软实力的研究做出微薄贡献。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of globalization, international competition is becoming increasingly fierce, for a country to take the initiative in the fierce international competition, not only to improve the economy, science and technology, as the core of the national military hard power, but also to improve the culture, values, national soft power is the core of the moral level, culture soft power in international competition becomes increasingly heavy, soft power and hard power combination can promote the development of the country. China held the Third Plenary Session of eighteenth, established the future direction and content of Cultural Construction: Construction of social and cultural power, and enhance national cultural soft power, we must adhere to the direction of socialist advanced culture and adhere to the path of development of socialist culture China characteristics, adhere to the people-centered job oriented, further deepen the reform of the cultural system. To improve the cultural management system, establish and perfect the Generation of cultural market system, the construction of modern public cultural service system, improve the level of cultural openness. At present, China's cultural soft power compared to western countries started late, is still in the stage of development, improve China's cultural soft power, is an urgent task facing our country. This paper, from a cultural perspective on the issue of China's cultural soft the strength was studied, through the research to clarify the existence of China's cultural soft power, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
This paper consists of four parts:
The first part is the introduction. This part mainly expounds the background and significance of the topic selection, the research situation at home and abroad, the key points, difficulties and innovation points.
The second part: Cultural overview. This part introduces the concept of culture, functions and characteristics, then expounds the connotation and essence of the soft power, again from enhancing national cohesion, promote social harmony, to resist the invasion of western culture and shaping the national image four aspects to enhance China's cultural soft power meaning.
The third part: the status quo of China's cultural soft power. This part of the first from the excellent traditional culture has been developed, the modern culture going out achievements, enhance the international influence of the country three aspects elaborated China's achievements in the construction of cultural soft power performance. Secondly from mainstream culture impact, the cultural industry development lags behind the cultural trade deficit, serious, culture communication ability is weak, discusses the problems facing China's cultural soft power outstanding cultural heritage is not smooth in five aspects.
The fourth part: the countermeasures to enhance China's cultural soft power. This part from the strengthening of leading mainstream culture on the development of culture, inheriting the excellent traditional culture in China, improve the international competitiveness of China's cultural industry, enhance the comprehensive quality of the national culture and discusses countermeasures to enhance China's cultural soft power.
It is hoped that this study can make a slight contribution to the research of Chinese cultural soft power.
