【摘要】：人类进入21世纪以来,文化作为软实力的核心要素已成为当今世界各国的共识。国家的经济与军事虽然占有主导地位,但以文化为代表的软实力已经主宰了国家在国际关系中的影响力,如果说经济和军事决定了国家的实体基础,那么文化就决定了国家的软实力。软实力可以转换为硬实力,软实力也是生产力。所以,无论是国家层面,还是地方政府层面,都越来越重视文化建设,而文化资源开发是文化建设的重要组成部分。文化资源既是一个国家或民族文化发展的积淀物,也是一个国家或民族经济发展的有力推手。我国经过改革开放30多年的发展,经济政治文化社会得到长足发展,经济总量位居世界第二。党的十八大又为我们描绘了实现中国梦的宏伟蓝图,提出了全面建成小康社会的目标,部署了经济建设、政治建设、文化建设、社会建设和生态建设“五位一体”的建设方针。所有这些标志着我国进入新一轮深化改革、推动经济政治文化大繁荣大发展的时期。目前,我国经济发展处于调整结构、转变增长方式的重要时期,这就要求我们要注重软实力建设,要使文化产业成为支柱产业。这样,文化资源开发研究显得尤为重要。所以,研究地方文化资源开发,对促进地方经济政治发展有着重要的理论意义和现实意义。本文从哲学和文化学相结合的视角研究荆州文化资源开发问题,由导论和三章构成,研究的内容主要包括三个方面：第一,梳理荆州文化资源的种类,分析其基本特征。荆州文化历史悠久、内容丰富,本文从楚文化、三国文化、红色文化和水文化四个方面对荆州文化资源进行归类概述；在对荆州文化资源进行归类的基础上,阐述了荆州文化具有文化历史悠久且享誉海内外、物质文化与非物质文化相得益彰、极具体现我国传统文化精髓和文化资源分布连片且集中中心城区等四大特点。第二,阐述荆州文化资源开发应遵循的基本原则。这主要是对荆州文化资源的丰富性、分布性等特点的分析而得出的结论,这些基本原则包括保护与开发相结合的原则、政府主导与市场运作相结合的原则、局部与整体相结合的原则、分散与组合相结合的原则、旅游与文化传承相结合的原则等。第三,提出荆州文化资源开发的基本途径。通过对国内外文化资源开发成功案例比较研究,结合荆州文化资源开发的现状,对荆州文化资源开发的基本途径进行了思考。提出的基本途径有政府指导与社会参与并重、文化价值与文化产品并重、具象化与人本化并重等本文的内容属于实证研究,主要采取了调查方法,比较研究方法,归纳与演绎、分析与综合相结合的方法等研究方法。通过实地考察、座谈、发放问卷等形式,通过选择国外国内文化资源开发成功案例的材料作比较研究,在对第一手资料分析基础上,进行理论加工,形成本文的观点。本文研究内容有所新意的观点是关于荆州文化资源开发的基本途径,总结出这几条基本途径,是笔者通过比较国内外文化资源开发成功案例的做法,结合荆州文化资源开发的实际状况而提出的,它应当对地方文化资源开发以及文化产业开发有一定的借鉴作用。本选题的研究有一定难度。从理论上说,它涉及到多个学科的理论知识；从收集实证材料上看,实地考察、调查要具备相当高的技术手段,实地调查受一定条件限制；加之本人理论水平有限,所以,本文中有些不成熟甚至错误的观点,请老师们批评、指正。我认为,论文的完成不是研究的结束,而是研究的起步。以后在工作中要进一步加强理论学习,联系实践思考问题、研究问题。
[Abstract]:Since mankind has entered the 21st century , the core element of culture as the soft power has become the consensus of the world today . The economic and military strength of the country has dominated the country ' s influence in international relations . From the perspective of the combination of philosophy and culture , this paper studies the development of cultural resources in Jingzhou . It is composed of guide theory and three chapters . The content of the research mainly includes three aspects : First , combing the kinds of cultural resources in Jingzhou and analyzing its basic characteristics . The author classifies the cultural resources in Jingzhou from four aspects : Chu Culture , Three Kingdoms Culture , Red Culture and Water Culture . Secondly , this paper expounds the basic principles that should be followed in the development of the cultural resources of Jingzhou . The conclusion is that the basic principles include the combination of protection and development , the principle of combining the government leading and the market operation , the principle of combining the local and the whole , the principle of combining the dispersion and the combination , the principle of combining tourism and cultural heritage , etc . Thirdly , this paper puts forward some basic approaches to the development of cultural resources in Jingzhou . Through the comparative study on the development of cultural resources at home and abroad , combined with the present situation of the development of the cultural resources in Jingzhou , the basic ways of the development of the cultural resources in Jingzhou are discussed . The basic approaches are government guidance and social participation , and the cultural value and cultural product are equal and equal , and they are equal and equal to those of people . The content of this paper is an empirical study , which mainly adopts the research methods , such as investigation methods , comparative research methods , induction and deduction , analysis and synthesis , etc . Through field investigation , discussion , questionnaire and other forms , this paper makes a comparative study on the material of successful cases by selecting foreign domestic cultural resources , and carries out theoretical processing on the basis of first - hand data analysis to form the view of this paper . This paper discusses the basic ways of the development of cultural resources in Jingzhou , and summarizes the basic ways of the development of cultural resources in Jingzhou . It is suggested that it should be used as a reference for the development of local cultural resources and the development of cultural industry by comparing the practice of successful cases of cultural resources development at home and abroad , and combining the actual situation of the development of cultural resources in Jingzhou . The research of this topic is difficult . In theory , it involves the theoretical knowledge of multiple disciplines . From the point of view of collecting the empirical material , the investigation should have quite high technical means , and the field investigation is limited by certain conditions . Therefore , some immaturity and wrong views in this paper , and ask the teachers to criticize and correct . I think that the completion of the paper is not the end of the study , but the beginning of the study . In the future , we should further strengthen the theory study , contact practical thinking and study the problem .
