建国后中国农村文化建设探究

【摘要】：农村建设在我国历史久远。近些年来,党高度重视农村的文化建设,因此,农村建设再度成为人们关注的热点。文化建设在农村建设中具有重要作用。现阶段,新农村建设主要是针对经济领域的建设,国家着力提高农民收入,但要想实现全面发展,只关注农村经济的发展是盲目的,同时也要关注农村文化、政治的发展。因为经济建设、政治建设和社会建设都需要相应的文化基础的支撑,这是人类社会发展的历史一再证明了的。历史上,封建统治者在阶级矛盾尖锐时,运用文化的教化功能,推行轻徭薄赋的政策,取得了良好的效果。新中国成立后,中国共产党领导人民开展了多种多样的农村文化建设运动,这些多样的且通俗易懂的文化丰富了农村文化活动,安定了人心,凝聚了力量。改革开放以来,伴随着中国经济的发展,现代化建设的展开,农村建设得到国家的高度重视,农村的经济取得了快速的增长,随之而产生的是农民生活水平及质量的大大进步,至此,农村文化建设事业进入新的发展阶段。本文以农村文化建设研究现状为基础,阐述了农村文化建设的历程,并分析了每个历史时期农村文化建设的特点,全文从四个部分进行了探讨。第一部分:阐述了当今农村文化建设的研究现状,包括对农村基本情况研究和专题对农村文化建设研究的现状分析,着重分析了近几年的研究成果,这些都成为了本论文的理论支撑。第二部分:阐述了当今中国农村文化建设的理论基础,以文化的内涵为切入点,按照文化、农村文化、农村文化建设的逻辑顺序,具体阐述每个名次的涵义,归纳特点,进而阐述农村文化建设的必要性,这些是本论文的理论依据。第三部分:阐述了新中国成立后的农村文化建设,这一时期又分为三个阶段,分别是:新中国成立到1956年、1956年至1982年,改革开放以来。本文详细阐述了每个阶段的农村文化建设的特点,为当今中国的农村文化建设提供有益的借鉴作用。第四部分:阐述了建国后的农村文化建设对当今我国农村文化建设的启示,以及当前我国农村文化建设的出路。主要包括要充分发挥政府在农村文化建设中的主导作用,同时必须毫不动摇的坚持农民在农村文化建设中的主体地位。要把社会主义核心价值观的价值引领放在首位;要把强化政府在农村文化事业和文化产业作为主要着力点;更要把提高农民的素质作为主要落脚点。
