【摘要】：民族文化包括物质文化、精神文化和制度文化，是不同民族在历史发展过程中形成和积淀起来的反映不同民族的历史发展水平和文明程度，以及民族特征的一种文化。传承保护与发展少数民族文化，有利于推动少数民族和民族地区文化事业发展，有利于丰富和提高各民族群众的精神生活和文明素质，有利于维护我国文化资源的多样性优势和增强中华民族文化的生机与活力，有利于实现各民族文化的共同繁荣和发展。傈僳族作为56个民族大家庭中的重要一员，在漫长的历史发展和民族迁徙过程中，创造的独具特色且生动活泼的傈僳族文化是中华民族文化的重要组成部分。傈僳族传统文化所体现出的良好的风俗习惯、浪漫的文学艺术、淳朴的思想观念和规范的伦理道德不仅能够丰富和提升各民族群众的物质文化生活和精神文化生活，，而且对社会主义文化和谐以及文化多样性的发展具有积极的促进作用。在中国共产党十八大提出的“建设社会主义文化强国”和云南建设民族文化强省的号召下，作者选取以华坪县傈僳族文化传承保护与发展作为研究课题，运用系统分析和调查研究的方法，对华坪县傈僳族文化传承保护与发展过程中遇到的困难和存在的问题进行研究和分析，探求新时期华坪县傈僳族文化传承保护与发展的对策。本文主要分为引言、正文（四个章节）和结论三个部分。引言部分是关于傈僳族历史渊源和国内外对傈僳族及其文化的研究综述，以及选题来源和研究意义。第一章，对民族文化内容、民族文化传承的涵义及特点、传承保护与发展民族文化的重要意义进行概述，并总结当前我国在传承保护与发展少数民族文化方面采取的主要措施。第二章，主要对华坪县傈僳族的历史渊源及其传统文化的内容和特点进行介绍。第三章，通过调查研究对华坪县傈僳族文化传承保护与发展存在的问题进行研究和分析。第四章，通过总结文化传承保护与发展的成功经验，从华坪县傈僳族文化发展的实际情况出发提出对策和建议。结论部分，陈述传承保护与发展少数民族文化的现实意义和重要性，总结本文存在的不足。
[Abstract]:National culture, including material culture, spiritual culture and institutional culture, is a reflection of the historical development level and civilization degree of different nationalities formed and accumulated in the process of historical development. As well as a kind of culture of national characteristics, inheritance, protection and development of minority culture, is conducive to promoting the development of cultural undertakings of ethnic minorities and ethnic regions. It is beneficial to enrich and improve the spiritual life and civilized quality of the people of all nationalities, to safeguard the diversity of our cultural resources and to enhance the vitality and vitality of the Chinese culture. It is conducive to the common prosperity and development of the cultures of all nationalities. Lisu as an important member of 56 ethnic families, in the long history of development and ethnic migration process. The unique and lively Lisu culture is an important part of the Chinese culture. The Lisu traditional culture embodies good customs and romantic literature and art. Simple ideas and standard ethics can not only enrich and promote the material and cultural life and spiritual and cultural life of the people of all nationalities. Moreover, it has a positive role in promoting the development of socialist cultural harmony and cultural diversity. "Building a strong Socialist Culture" was put forward by the Communist Party of China (CPC) in 18. And Yunnan to build a strong province of ethnic culture under the call. The author chooses the protection and development of Lisu culture in Huaping County as the research subject, and applies the method of systematic analysis and investigation. This paper studies and analyzes the difficulties and problems existing in the protection and development of Lisu nationality culture in Huaping County, and probes into the countermeasures for the protection and development of Lisu nationality culture inheritance and development in Huaping County in the new period. This paper is mainly divided into three parts: introduction, main body (four chapters) and conclusion. The introduction is about the historical origin of Lisu and the summary of the research on Lisu and its culture at home and abroad. The first chapter summarizes the content of national culture, the meaning and characteristics of national cultural inheritance, the importance of heritage protection and development of national culture. And summarizes the current China in the inheritance and protection of minority culture and development of the main measures. Chapter two, mainly to Huaping County Lisu historical origin and the content and characteristics of traditional culture. Chapter three. Through investigation and research on the protection and development of Lisu culture in Huaping County, this paper studies and analyzes the problems existing in the protection and development of Lisu culture. 4th chapters, through summing up the successful experience of cultural heritage protection and development. From the actual situation of the development of Lisu culture in Huaping County, the author puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions. In the conclusion part, it states the practical significance and importance of the inheritance, protection and development of minority culture, and summarizes the shortcomings of this paper.
