韩中文化产业人才培养政策对比研究

【摘要】:21世纪是知识和信息,创意和个性成为竞争力核心的文化时代。在这个时代,一国的综合实力不仅取决于该国的军事和经济实力,还取决于该国的文化水平。现在,文化的功能不仅仅是供人娱乐,提高我们的生活质量,文化产业更是成为国家竞争力的核心要素和朝阳产业。 文化产业是通过结合内容与技术、文化、经营来实现的高水准朝阳产业。为了发展文化产业,应发掘文化的潜力以创造出多样的、有魅力的文化内容,,同时还应开发包括线上线下IT技术在内的新技术。为实现文化的产业化及其在国内外市场的普及、流通,应通过具备革新的、有效率的经营机制和专业的经营者参与的支援活动,来实现文化产业的附加价值极大化。 在文化产业是高附加价值产业和核心产业这一意识的引领下,文化产业实现了快速的成长。人们认识到文化产业在经济领域的重要性的同时,也认识到专业人才的培养对文化产业的重要性。文化产业不同于其他产业,人才的作用非常大,文化产业最需要的人才是以不同层次的能力为基础,具备将文化转化成文化内容的企划能力和熟练的数码技术的专业人才。 立足于此,本论文的出发点在于考察与我国同属一个文化圈并且历史交流源远流长的韩国为何能在亚洲乃至全世界掀起一股“韩流”。通过分析韩国文化产业的人才培养政策,与中国文化产业人才培养政策进行优缺点对比,最后提出中国文化产业人才培养政策的改善方案。值得一提的是论文中指出目前中国文化产业人才培养政策多为短期政策,且不具备连贯性的缺点,建议制定长期的、系统的人才培养政策以弥补缺陷。本论文通过提出未来指向型的政策提案,希望可以成为未来中国文化产业应对周边变化的契机。
[Abstract]:Twenty-first Century is the knowledge and information, and creative personality to become the core competitiveness of the cultural era. In this era, the overall strength of a country depends not only on the strength of the country's military and economy, also depends on the country's cultural level. Now, the function of culture is not only for entertainment, to improve the quality of our life, the cultural industry is to become the core element of national competitiveness and industry.
The cultural industry is the combination of content and technology, culture, business to achieve a high level of Chaoyang industry. In order to develop the cultural industry, culture should explore the potential to create a variety of cultural content, charm, should also include the development of online and offline IT technology, new technology to realize the industrialization of culture. At home and abroad, the popularity of the market circulation, through innovative, efficient operation mechanism and professional operators involved in support activities, to achieve the maximization of the added value of cultural industry.
In the cultural industry is the consciousness of high value-added industries and key industries under the guidance of the cultural industry to achieve rapid growth. People realize the importance of cultural industry in the economic field at the same time, also realized the importance of cultivating professional talents of cultural industries. The cultural industry is different from other industries, the role of talent very much the cultural industry, most in need of talent is the ability of different levels as the foundation, will have the culture into the cultural content of the planning ability and skilled digital technology professionals.
Based on this, the starting point of this paper is to study and China belong to a cultural circle and long history of exchanges and why South Korea set off a "Korean wave" in Asia and around the world. The cultivation policy through the analysis of Korean culture industry talents, by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of Chinese and cultural industry personnel training policy, finally put forward improvement of policy training China culture industry talents. It is worth mentioning that the paper pointed out that the current policy for short-term policy training China culture industry talents, and do not have the continuity of the shortcomings, suggestions to develop a long-term, systematic training policy to make up for the defects. This paper put forward the future direction of policy proposals, hope can be the opportunity for the future Chinese surrounding cultural industries to cope with the change.
