人是目的:实践民俗学的伦理原则

【摘要】：中国民俗学会拟制订的伦理守则不是单纯的行业规范和操作指南,而当是具有道德意义和伦理价值的实践准则,因而需要一条不可或缺的伦理原则,即在把任何人当作手段的同时一定也要当作目的(包括其自身的目的和作为人类的理性目的)。舍此,伦理守则就仍然停留在任意层面,还没有或者还不能达到意志层面,也就仍然无缘于自由的目的王国。缺乏伦理原则的伦理守则很可能仅仅是康德所谓技巧的规则和机智的建议,因而难以具备真正的道德意义和伦理价值。
[Abstract]:The code of ethics to be drawn up by the Chinese folklore society is not a simple industry norm and operational guide, but should be a practical code of moral significance and ethical value, so it needs an indispensable ethical principle. That is to say, while using anyone as a means, it must be regarded as an end (including its own end and as the rational end of mankind), and the code of ethics will remain at any level, without or without reaching the level of will, The lack of ethical principles is likely to be merely the rules of what Kant calls skill and resourceful advice, so it is difficult to have true moral significance and ethical value.
