中巴经济走廊文化产业合作共商共建治理探索

【摘要】：文章阐明中巴经济走廊文化产业合作的意义,指出其目前存在地区发展不平衡、配套设施不完善、主力军薄弱、积极性不强等现实困境,根据走廊发展文化产业的历史与现实条件,文章最后提出应以政策沟通为前提、以特色文化互鉴为基础、以科技创新为支撑、以外交化贸易为布局、以人力资源开发为发展方向的建设路径。
[Abstract]:This paper expounds the significance of the cultural and industrial cooperation between China and Pakistan, and points out that there are some practical difficulties, such as unbalanced regional development, imperfect supporting facilities, weak main force, weak enthusiasm and so on. According to the historical and realistic conditions of developing cultural industry in the corridor, the article finally puts forward that policy communication should be taken as the premise, characteristic culture should be used as the basis, science and technology innovation should be taken as the support, and diplomatic trade should be taken as the layout. Development of human resources for the direction of the construction path.
