智慧城市建设:中外模式比较与文化产业创生逻辑

【摘要】：智慧城市的实质是利用先进的信息技术,实现城市智慧式管理和运行。智慧城市能够有效解决快速城镇化进程中的诸多难题。国外智慧城市建设依托城市本身的资源结构、政治结构、财政能力和公民行动开展各项资源的重新组合。目前,中国智慧城市的实践主要以政府为主导,带有明显服务性质。中国特色智慧城市带来了文化产业的转型升级,从而为政府、企业、民众的良性互动提供了契机。中国智慧城市建设与文化产业的全域发展,必须运用社交媒体,以优秀传统文化为核心,促进产业融合。要在政府引导下,完善基础设施建设,不断塑造城市形象,强化社会泛知,打造城市的文化形象,实现文化产业全域发展。
[Abstract]:The essence of intelligent city is to use advanced information technology to realize urban intelligent management and operation. Intelligent city can effectively solve many difficult problems in the process of rapid urbanization. The construction of intelligent city abroad depends on the resource structure of the city itself. At present, the practice of China's Wisdom City is dominated by the government and has an obvious service nature. The smart city with Chinese characteristics has brought about the transformation and upgrading of cultural industry. This provides an opportunity for the benign interaction among the government, enterprises and the public. The construction of China's intelligent cities and the global development of cultural industries must use social media, with outstanding traditional culture as the core, to promote industrial integration. Under the guidance of the government, Improve the infrastructure construction, constantly shape the image of the city, strengthen the general knowledge of society, create the cultural image of the city, and realize the development of the cultural industry all over the world.
