重庆文化遗产保护利用策略研究

【摘要】：文化遗产是古人在特定的自然条件下,在一定的人文环境中创造出来的人类文明的物化形式,包括物质文化遗产和非物质文化遗产。党中央十分重视文化遗产保护,2014年以来,习近平总书记就传承弘扬中华优秀传统文化加强文化遗产保护与利用发表了一系列重要论述和重要指示,将文化遗产保护与利用工作提到更高的战略地位加以阐释,凸显文化遗产保护与利用的极端重要性。重庆是第二批中国历史文化名城,境内文化遗产资源丰富,特色鲜明。近年来重庆在文化遗产保护与利用工作上取得了显著成效,但也存在一些不容忽视的问题,需要在工作中不断加以克服,并找到加强重庆文化遗产保护与利用的对策。文章分为六部分。第一部分为绪论,指出研究的背景、意义、基础、方法和范围。第二部分对重庆本土文化源流及特质进行分析,指出重庆历史文化的序列,本土文化特质,特色文化与自然、人文环境的关系。第三部分介绍重庆文化遗产的基本情况,包括资源概况、空间分布及资源特点。第四部分从管理工作、保护工作、利用工作、存在的问题四个方面对重庆文化遗产保护与利用的现状进行了全面分析。第五部分提出了明确文化文化遗产保护与利用的指导思想、方针和原则,科学制定文化遗产保护规划,全面加强文化遗产保护基础工作,加大重点保护工程力度,提高文化遗产资源利用水平,健全完善文化遗产保护与利用保障机制的对策策略。作者运用考古学和其他多学科及数据分析方法,结合重庆文化遗产保护与利用工作实际,通过对重庆历史文化、资源特征的分析,以及对重庆文化遗产保护与利用工作的概述,指出重庆文化遗产保护与利用工作在保护意识、城市化进程中面临的压力、与城市建设的结合、利用方面存在的问题。根据存在的问题,从指导思想、方针和原则、保护规划、基础工作、重点工程、文物利用、保障机制上提出了解决思路,对推动重庆文化遗产保护与利用工作,促进重庆文化遗产事业健康发展提供了很好的借鉴和参考。
[Abstract]:Cultural heritage is the materialized form of human civilization created by the ancients under certain natural conditions and in a certain humanistic environment, including material cultural heritage and intangible cultural heritage. The CPC Central Committee attaches great importance to the protection of cultural heritage since 2014, General Secretary Xi Jinping has issued a series of important expositions and important instructions on inheriting and carrying forward the excellent traditional culture of China to strengthen the protection and utilization of cultural heritage, and to explain the work of protecting and utilizing cultural heritage to a higher strategic status. Chongqing is the second batch of famous historical and cultural cities in China, with rich and distinctive cultural heritage resources. In recent years, Chongqing has made remarkable achievements in the protection and utilization of cultural heritage. However, there are still some problems that can not be ignored, which need to be overcome constantly in our work and to find countermeasures to strengthen the protection and utilization of Chongqing's cultural heritage. The article is divided into six parts. The first part is the introduction, pointing out the background, significance and foundation of the research. The second part analyzes the origin and characteristics of Chongqing's native culture, and points out the sequence of Chongqing's history and culture, the characteristics of local culture, the characteristic culture and nature. The third part introduces the basic situation of cultural heritage in Chongqing, including the general situation of resources, spatial distribution and characteristics of resources. Part 4th includes management, protection and utilization. In part 5th, the guiding ideology, principles and principles for the protection and utilization of cultural heritage in Chongqing are put forward, and the plan for the protection and utilization of cultural heritage is scientifically formulated. We will comprehensively strengthen the basic work for the protection of cultural heritage, increase the intensity of key conservation projects, and raise the level of utilization of cultural heritage resources. The author makes use of archaeology and other multi-disciplinary and data analysis methods, combining with the practice of Chongqing's cultural heritage protection and utilization, through the analysis of Chongqing's history and culture. This paper analyzes the characteristics of resources, summarizes the protection and utilization of Chongqing's cultural heritage, and points out the pressure in the process of protection and urbanization, and the combination of the protection and utilization of Chongqing's cultural heritage with the construction of the city. According to the existing problems, the author puts forward some solutions from the following aspects: guiding ideology, principles and principles, protection planning, basic work, key projects, utilization of cultural relics, and guarantee mechanism. It provides a good reference and reference for promoting the protection and utilization of Chongqing's cultural heritage and promoting the healthy development of Chongqing's cultural heritage.
