沅水流域民间文化的传承与发展

【摘要】：沅水流域是中华文明的发源地之一,文化底蕴深厚,文化类型多样,沅水流域的传统文化也是我们今天解读"湖南精神"、进行生态家园建设、全面繁荣社会主义文化的重要资源和基础。沅水流域的民间文化保护与传承面临危机,政府应尽快出台专门法、创新保护机制、推进文化资源产业开发性保护、加强公益性文化事业建设、开展多形式的保护与传承教育。
[Abstract]:The Yuanshui Valley is one of the birthplaces of Chinese civilization, with profound cultural background and diverse cultural types. The traditional culture of the Yuanshui Valley is also our interpretation of the "Hunan spirit" and the construction of ecological homes today. The important resources and foundation for the overall prosperity of socialist culture. The protection and inheritance of folk culture in Yuanshui river basin are facing crisis. The government should introduce special laws, innovate the protection mechanism, promote the protection of cultural resources industry development, strengthen the construction of public welfare cultural undertakings, and carry out various forms of protection and inheritance education.
