我国陆地边疆的文化型治理

【摘要】：在长期的边疆治理实践中逐渐形成的,并获得很好效果的价值观念、精神品格、行为规范、目标使命、理想愿景等文化资源,是极其宝贵而重要的边疆治理资源。以这些文化资源为原材料,以当代边疆治理的现实需要为导向,系统地凝练、重塑具有现代性、卓越性的边疆治理文化,并建立有效的边疆治理文化传播体系,将可以发挥其独特的治边、戍边功能,形成我国边疆治理实践中的文化型治理方式。
[Abstract]:The cultural resources, such as value, spirit character, behavior norm, target mission, ideal vision and so on, which have been formed gradually in the long term practice of border area governance and obtained very good results, are extremely valuable and important resources for frontier governance. Taking these cultural resources as raw materials, guided by the practical needs of contemporary frontier governance, systematically condensing, reshaping the frontier governance culture with modernity and excellence, and establishing an effective borderland governance culture communication system, It will bring into play its unique functions of border control and frontier defense, and form the cultural governance mode in the practice of border governance in our country.
