兵团文化与和谐民族关系构建研究

【摘要】：新疆生产建设兵团是在特殊的时期为了履行特殊的历史使命而建立的特殊的组织。兵团文化是兵团人在长期履行屯垦戍边的生活中所创造出来的集原籍文化、军旅文化和新疆本土文化多种文化交融的物质财富和精神财富的总和。兵团文化是构建和谐兵团、和谐兵地关系、和谐新疆的重要纽带，是构建和谐民族关系的智力武器。本文在对兵团文化和民族关系现状进行研究同时，从兵团体制、屯垦历史记忆、文化认同三个方面探讨兵团文化对构建和谐民族关系的作用，并对影响民族关系和谐的因素提出相应对策。文章在参考了大量文献的基础上，运用民族学、社会学等学科知识对其进行研究。探索兵团文化在屯垦戍边历史的过程中是怎样促进民族团结的。发挥兵团文化在构建和谐民族关系中的作用，，为实现社会和谐，不同民族的和睦相处提供现实的意义。全文共分为六部分：第一章绪论主要介绍选题背景、研究方法、相关研究现状以及相关概念说明。第二章兵团文化概述。主要介绍了兵团文化的生成，特征和作用。第三章兵团和谐民族关系现状。主要介绍了兵团地理概况，兵团民族关系特点和影响兵团民族关系因素。第四章兵团文化在构建和谐民族关系中的作用。本章主要从兵团体制下对民族关系关系的调控，屯垦历史记忆中的民族关系对今天民族关系的影响和兵团多元文化之间相互认同对民族关系作用三方面探讨兵团文化对民族关系的作用。第五章兵团和谐民族关系构建的路径探析。本章主要从政治、经济和文化三方面探索构建兵团和谐民族关系的措施。结语。
[Abstract]:Xinjiang production and Construction Corps is a special organization established to perform special historical mission in a special period. The bingtuan culture is the sum of material wealth and spiritual wealth created by the soldiers in the long life of carrying out the cultivation and garrisoning of the frontier, which combines the native culture, the military culture and the native culture of Xinjiang. Bingtuan culture is an important link to construct harmonious corps, harmonious military relationship and harmonious Xinjiang, and is an intellectual weapon to construct harmonious national relationship. At the same time, this paper studies the present situation of the culture and ethnic relations of the Corps, and probes into the role of the culture of the Corps in the construction of harmonious national relations from the following three aspects: the system of the Corps, the historical memory of cultivation, and the cultural identity. And put forward the corresponding countermeasures to the factors that influence the harmony of national relations. On the basis of reference to a large number of documents, this paper uses ethnology, sociology and other disciplines to study it. This paper explores how the bingtuan culture promotes national unity in the course of reclaiming and garrisoning the frontier. Giving full play to the role of bingtuan culture in the construction of harmonious national relations provides practical significance for the realization of social harmony and harmonious coexistence of different nationalities. The full text is divided into six parts: The first chapter introduces the background, research methods, related research status and related concept notes. The second chapter is an overview of Corps culture. Mainly introduced the formation, the characteristic and the function of the bingtuan culture. The third chapter is the present situation of harmonious ethnic relations. This paper mainly introduces the general situation of the geography of the Corps, the characteristics of the ethnic relations of the Corps and the factors affecting the ethnic relations of the Corps. Chapter four: the role of Corps Culture in the Construction of harmonious National Relations. This chapter mainly from the bingtuan system under the control of ethnic relations, This paper probes into the influence of the ethnic relations in the historical memory on the ethnic relations today and the role of mutual identification between the multiculturalism of the bingtuan on the ethnic relations. The paper probes into the role of the culture of the bingtuan in the ethnic relations in three aspects. The fifth chapter analyzes the path of constructing harmonious national relations. This chapter mainly explores the measures of constructing harmonious national relations from three aspects of politics, economy and culture. Conclusion
