新时期社会主义文化强国建设问题探析

【摘要】：文化是一个民族、一个国家的集体记忆，是形成民族责任感的大氛围，是培育民族自强不息的精神支柱，是锤炼民族气节的牢固基石。对于一个民族来说，它的兴旺发达与文化的积累程度和发展水平有着密不可分的关系。先进文化总是符合整体的民族气质、代表全民的根本利益、体现社会的发展程度、紧跟文明进步的时代潮流，是一个国家的软实力，是综合国力的重要标志。人们在不断地摸索和探求中，逐渐地认识到文化对于一个民族和国家的重要性。一个国家只有高度重视先进文化的建设和发展，才能从根本上提高整体的国民素质和社会文明程度，才能为经济社会全面发展提供强大的精神动力和智力支持。如果没有先进文化引领和主导，，社会文明就不能得到迅速发展，人民的精神生活就不能得到全面满足，国家的先进理念就不能登上世界舞台，就会影响国家的国际竞争力和整体实力。本文坚持以马克思主义理论为基础，综合运用文献研究法、功能分析法、定性分析法等方法，坚持理论与实际相结合，探讨新时期社会主义文化强国建设战略思想的提出、取得的成就、建设中存在的问题以及解决问题的对策等问题。本文首先总体概述了现阶段研究新时期社会主义文化强国建设问题的意义，分析了国内外研究的现状，提出了研究此问题的思路和方法，指出研究此问题的重点、难点和创新点。其次阐述了社会主义文化强国建设战略思想提出的相关问题。指出了文化的重要地位和作用，社会主义文化强国建设战略思想的提出背景以及社会主义文化强国建设相关方针政策。第三从文化体制改革的不断深入、文化产业的迅速发展、传统文化得到进一步发掘和弘扬三个方面介绍了新时期我国在社会主义文化强国建设中取得的成就。第四，指出社会主义文化强国建设中存在的问题。从社会主义核心价值体系建设、公民整体道德素质、公共文化建设、文化实力和竞争力四个方面进行论述。最后，在此基础上，提出解决问题的对策，要加强社会主义核心价值体系建设、提高国民整体文化素养、增强文化整体实力以及重视文化人才队伍与建设。
[Abstract]:Culture is the collective memory of a nation, the atmosphere of forming a sense of national responsibility, the spiritual pillar of cultivating national self-improvement, and the solid foundation stone of cultivating national integrity. For a nation, its prosperity is inextricably related to the level of cultural accumulation and development. Advanced culture is always in line with the overall national temperament, representing the fundamental interests of the whole people, reflecting the degree of social development, closely following the trend of civilization and progress of the times, is the soft power of a country, is an important symbol of comprehensive national strength. People are constantly groping and exploring, gradually realize the importance of culture to a nation and country. Only when a country attaches great importance to the construction and development of advanced culture, can it fundamentally improve the overall national quality and the degree of social civilization, and provide powerful spiritual power and intellectual support for the overall economic and social development. Without the guidance and leadership of advanced culture, social civilization will not be able to develop rapidly, the spiritual life of the people will not be fully satisfied, and the advanced ideas of the country will not be able to enter the world stage. Will affect the country's international competitiveness and overall strength. Based on the Marxist theory, this paper applies the methods of literature research, functional analysis, qualitative analysis and so on, and insists on the combination of theory and practice, and probes into the strategic idea of building a socialist cultural power in the new period. Achievements, problems in construction and solutions. Firstly, this paper summarizes the significance of the research on the construction of the socialist cultural power in the new period, analyzes the present situation of the research at home and abroad, puts forward the ideas and methods to study this problem, and points out the key points of the research. Difficulties and innovations. Secondly, it expounds the related problems raised by the strategic thought of building a socialist cultural power. This paper points out the important position and function of culture, the background of the strategic thought of the construction of the socialist cultural power, and the relevant principles and policies of the construction of the socialist cultural power. Third, from the continuous deepening of the cultural system reform, the rapid development of the cultural industry, the traditional culture has been further explored and carried forward three aspects of the introduction of the new period of China's socialist cultural power in the construction of achievements. Fourth, points out the problems existing in the construction of socialist cultural power. This paper discusses from four aspects: the construction of socialist core value system, the overall moral quality of citizens, the construction of public culture, the cultural strength and the competitiveness. Finally, on this basis, the countermeasures to solve the problem are put forward to strengthen the construction of the socialist core value system, to improve the overall cultural literacy of the people, to strengthen the overall strength of the culture and to attach importance to the team and construction of cultural talents.
