【摘要】：饮食社交是当今中国社会广泛采用的一种社交方式。在中国高度重视人际关系互动和扩大社会关系网络的传统文化环境之下,饮食社交无论在个体的日常交往,还是社会组织的协调和公共关系等诸多方面都发挥着重要的作用。因此笔者拟以贵州省龙潭村的饮食社交为研究对象,采用参与观察法、深度访谈法和文献法相结合的研究方法,展现贵州省龙潭村个人、家庭、村寨三个层面的饮食社交互动过程,总结归纳饮食社交的功能和特点。本文一共分为六个部分:第一部分为绪论,包括选题缘由和意义、饮食社交研究文献的综述、本文研究方法及理论的表述,以及相关概念的界定。第二部分介绍龙潭村的村落概况和饮食结构;详述饮食社交的历史和发展,从内容、层次和性质的角度将饮食社交分为三种类型。第三部分从饮食制作社交和饭局社交两个角度,妇女社交圈、家庭刨猪汤宴、村寨九大碗三个层面展示龙潭村饮食社交活动,分析社交互动过程中人们情感的联系、道德义务的履行以及理性的计算。第四部分运用人类学功能学派代表人物马林诺夫斯基和拉德克里夫·布朗的功能理论,分析解读龙潭村饮食社交的功能,具体包括情感性功能、工具性功能、社会性功能和混合性功能。第五部分通过饮食制作社交和饭局社交的对比,归纳总结龙潭村饮食社交的特点。第六部分为结论。
[Abstract]:Dietary social intercourse is a social way widely used in Chinese society today. In the traditional cultural environment where China attaches great importance to interpersonal interaction and the expansion of social networks, dietary social interaction plays an important role in many aspects, such as individual daily communication, coordination of social organizations and public relations, etc. Therefore, the author intends to take the diet and social interaction of Longtan Village in Guizhou Province as the research object, using the methods of participating observation, in-depth interview and literature, to show the individuals and families of Longtan Village in Guizhou Province. Three levels of dietary social interaction process, summed up the functions and characteristics of dietary social interaction. This paper is divided into six parts: the first part is the introduction, including the reason and significance of the topic, the literature review of diet social research, the research method and theory, as well as the definition of related concepts. The second part introduces the village general situation and diet structure of Longtan Village, details the history and development of dietary social intercourse, divides it into three types from content, level and nature. The third part shows the food and social activities in Longtan Village from the aspects of social intercourse of diet making and social intercourse of meal, social circle of women, family pork soup banquet and nine bowls of village, and analyzes the relationship between people's emotions in the process of social interaction. The fulfillment of moral obligation and rational calculation. In the fourth part, using the functional theory of Ma Lin Novsky and Radcliffe Brown, the author analyzes and interprets the function of eating and socializing in Longtan Village, including emotional function and instrumental function. Social function and mixed function. The fifth part summarizes the characteristics of eating and socializing in Longtan Village through the comparison of diet making and meal socializing. The sixth part is the conclusion.
