南昌市公共文化服务体系建设研究

【摘要】：随着物质生活水平的显著提升,文化生活是人民群众越来越重视的一种需求,而这种需求也越来越强烈和迫切,成为人民群众日常生活的一个重要部分。文化生活的丰富程度从一定程度上反映出一个人生活水平的高低。提升文化软实力也已经成为一个地区、一个国家的重要目标。习总书记到江西讲了“一个希望、四个坚持”,其中一个坚持是,坚持把共同享有建设成果的理念落到实处,包括经济发展成果、文化发展成果人民共享。习总的讲话对江西公共文化服务、南昌公共文化服务的发展提出了新要求,也是更高的要求。近年来,南昌市在建设全市公共文化服务体系的工作中下大力气、加大投入,取得了一定成绩:全市的文化事业得到了繁荣和发展,也带动了文化产业的发展;保障了全市人民的文化生活,并在一定程度上有所改善;中华民族的传统文化得到传承,社会主义核心价值观得以发扬。但从总体情况以及与其它城市(武汉、长沙、合肥)的对比来看,南昌市在构建公共文化服务体系上还存在着许多不足。主要表现在:体系不完善;服务效能不高;均等化水平有待提高。主要原因在于作为革命老区,南昌市的文化基础设施比较薄弱,存在不少欠账。本文以江西省南昌市作为研究对象,从文化、公共文化等相关概念和理论入手,对南昌市公共文化服务体系建设现状分析、所存在的问题进行分析,从而得出推进南昌市公共文化服务体系建设的对策和方法。本课题的研究能够为南昌公共文化服务体系建设提供参考和借鉴,促使南昌文化发展上一个新的水平,提高政府服务群众的能力。
[Abstract]:With the remarkable improvement of material life level, cultural life is a kind of demand that people pay more and more attention to, and this demand is more and more intense and urgent, and become an important part of people's daily life. The richness of cultural life reflects to some extent the level of one's living standard. The promotion of cultural soft power has also become a region, an important goal of a country. General Secretary Xi Xi went to Jiangxi to talk about "one hope, four adherence," one of which is to insist on putting into practice the concept of sharing the fruits of construction, including the achievements of economic development and the sharing of the fruits of cultural development among the people. Xi's speech puts forward new and higher requirements for the development of Jiangxi public cultural service and Nanchang public cultural service. In recent years, Nanchang City has made great efforts in the construction of the city's public cultural service system, increased investment, and made certain achievements: the cultural cause of the city has been prosperous and developed, but also led to the development of cultural industry; The traditional culture of the Chinese nation has been passed on and the socialist core values have been carried forward. However, compared with other cities (Wuhan, Changsha, Hefei), Nanchang has many shortcomings in constructing public cultural service system. The main performance is: the system is not perfect; the service efficiency is not high; the level of equalization needs to be improved. The main reason is that as a revolutionary old area, Nanchang's cultural infrastructure is relatively weak, there are a lot of debts. In this paper, Nanchang City of Jiangxi Province as the research object, from the culture, public culture and other related concepts and theories, Nanchang City public cultural service system construction status analysis, the existing problems are analyzed. Therefore, the countermeasures and methods to promote the construction of public cultural service system in Nanchang City are obtained. The research of this subject can provide reference for the construction of public cultural service system in Nanchang, promote the development of Nanchang culture to a new level, and improve the ability of the government to serve the masses.
