大连城市文化景观价值评价与旅游开发

【摘要】：大连是我国典型的近代城市，由于历史原因，受到西方资本主义的影响，城市景观极具西洋风格、充满异国情调；改革开放以来，大连依托优越的区位和良好的生态环境，快速发展成为现代花园城市，构成特色鲜明的城市文化景观。这些城市文化景观生动地反映了大连城市历史发展的过程和城市文化的特色，具有很高的历史、文化、经济等价值。近年，伴随着城市化快速发展，大连发展受到城市“特色危机”。对大连城市文化景观进行全面分析，研究以何种方式展现其文化，挖掘其特色，促进城市的可持续发展是非常必要的。大连作为著名的旅游城市，以旅游开发来挖掘文化景观内涵，延续城市文脉，丰富旅游文化，彰显大连城市魅力，是一种合理有效的方式和手段。本文对大连城市文化景观进行了研究，进而提出了旅游开发策略和建议。本文首先对大连城市文化景观形成与发展过程进行了梳理，以文化地理学和人本主义地理学相关理论为理论基础，，将大连城市文化景观划分为建筑文化景观、足球文化景观、公园文化景观、饮食文化景观、语言文化景观和滚子文化景观六种类型，并总结出各类型景观特征。其次，构建了大连城市文化景观的价值评价指标体系，运用层次分析法（AHP）和模糊数学方法，对大连城市文化景观的价值进行综合评价。最后，以景观价值评价为依据，以合理利用特色文化景观资源、促进旅游业发展、挖掘大连城市文化内涵为总的指导思想，坚持开发与保护并重，可持续发展的基本原则，遵照大连各种城市文化景观资源的实际开发条件，确定其旅游开发布局时序及开发策略，并提出政府谋划主导、大企业牵头、多企业参与、当地居民参与、旅游者合作、坚持保护性开发等的旅游开发建议。
[Abstract]:Dalian is a typical modern city in China. Due to historical reasons and influenced by western capitalism, the urban landscape is very Western style and full of exotic atmosphere. Since the reform and opening up, Dalian has relied on its superior location and good ecological environment. Rapid development into a modern garden city, constitute a distinctive urban cultural landscape. These urban cultural landscapes vividly reflect the process of historical development and the characteristics of urban culture in Dalian, and have high historical, cultural, economic and other values. In recent years, with the rapid development of urbanization, Dalian's development by the city's "characteristic crisis." It is necessary to analyze the cultural landscape of Dalian in a comprehensive way to study how to show its culture, excavate its characteristics and promote the sustainable development of the city. As a famous tourist city, it is a reasonable and effective way and means to excavate the connotation of cultural landscape, to continue the context of the city, to enrich the tourism culture and to highlight the charm of Dalian as a famous tourist city. This paper studies the urban cultural landscape of Dalian, and then puts forward some strategies and suggestions for tourism development. Based on the theories of cultural geography and humanism geography, this paper divides Dalian city cultural landscape into architectural cultural landscape and football cultural landscape. There are six types of park cultural landscape, diet cultural landscape, language cultural landscape and roller cultural landscape, and the characteristics of each kind of landscape are summarized. Secondly, the value evaluation index system of Dalian urban cultural landscape is constructed, and the value of Dalian urban cultural landscape is evaluated synthetically by using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy mathematics method. Finally, based on the evaluation of landscape value, taking the rational utilization of characteristic cultural landscape resources, promoting the development of tourism industry and excavating the connotation of Dalian city culture as the general guiding ideology, the author insists on the basic principle of both development and protection, and sustainable development. In accordance with the actual conditions for the development of various urban cultural landscape resources in Dalian, the timing and strategy of tourism development and layout are determined, and the government plans to lead, large enterprises lead, multi-enterprises participate, local residents participate, tourists cooperate, Adhere to the protection of tourism development advice.
