长春高校来华留学生跨文化适应调查研究

【摘要】:近年来,随着中国经济社会不断发展,综合国力逐渐增强,国际地位显著提高,中国与世界各国和地区的文化交往日渐频繁,越来越多的外国人选择到中国留学、工作,学习汉语和了解中国文化。长春作为吉林省省会、中国东北地区第二大城市,素有“大学城”美誉,正吸引着更多的外国人把长春作为留学的选择地之一。这些来华留学生作为在校学生的一部分,与中国大学生具有一定的共性,与此同时,他们受教育背景、文化传统、风俗习惯等因素影响,在世界观、价值观、思维方式、学习方法、人际关系、生活习惯等方面与中国学生存在较多差异。根据现有的研究,文化上的巨大差异会对留学生的心理和生理产生负面影响,导致他们不能有效地融入当地社会,同时会影响他们的学习。因此如何正确认识、深刻理解这些差异及其可能带来的后果,做出及时正确的应对策略,在很大程度上取决于留学生教育管理工作,而教育管理的成败又对留学生来华学习目的是否能够达成以及对长春市高校留学生教育的发展有着直接影响。目前国内高校留学生管理多侧重于硬件建设,为留学生提供舒适的生活设施和环境,照顾他们的生活习惯和宗教习俗,,但是对于他们在华所面临的跨文化交际适应和参与中国社会文化生活的需求情况等软件方面的管理能力还有待于提高。 本文以文化学、语言学、跨文化交际学、心理学等多学科理论为支撑,通过问卷调查形式,从个人、社会、地域差异等方面了解在长留学生的跨文化适应情况,研究留学生在新的文化环境中的适应状态,在语言感应、社会交往、日常生活、学术活动等诸多方面的适应能力和适应问题,以及他们应对文化差异所采取的各种各样的方式方法,分析影响文化适应的内外部因素,文化适应与学习、生活匹配度、满意度之间的联系和它们之间相互影响的机制,为管理者实施有效管理提供理论依据,为管理措施的制定提供第一手资料;此外还向留学生提出一些有效的意见和建议,减轻文化差异对他们所造成的心理压力,增强他们对跨文化交际的信心和能力。根据调查结果,提出多项促进留学生文化适应能力的具体措施。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the continuous development of China's economy and society, the overall national strength has gradually increased, and the international status has increased significantly, the cultural exchanges between China and other countries and regions in the world have become increasingly frequent, and more foreigners have chosen to study and work in China. Learn Chinese and understand Chinese culture. Changchun, the capital of Jilin province and the second largest city in northeast China, is known as "university town" and is attracting more foreigners to take Changchun as one of the places of choice for studying abroad. These students who come to China as part of the students have certain commonalities with Chinese college students. At the same time, they are influenced by factors such as educational background, cultural traditions, customs and habits, in terms of world outlook, values, and ways of thinking. There are many differences between Chinese students and Chinese students in learning methods, interpersonal relationships, living habits and so on. According to existing studies, cultural differences can have a negative impact on the psychology and physiology of foreign students, resulting in their inability to integrate effectively into the local society and the impact on their learning. Therefore, how to correctly understand these differences and their possible consequences and make timely and correct coping strategies depends to a great extent on the educational management of foreign students. The success or failure of educational management has a direct impact on whether the purpose of studying in China can be achieved or not and on the development of overseas students' education in colleges and universities in Changchun. At present, the management of foreign students in domestic colleges and universities focuses on the construction of hardware, providing them with comfortable living facilities and environment, and taking care of their living habits and religious customs. However, their ability to manage such software as cross-cultural communication adaptation and participation in Chinese social and cultural life needs to be improved. Supported by the theories of culture, linguistics, cross-cultural communication, psychology and so on, this paper explores the cross-cultural adaptation of long international students in terms of individual, social and regional differences through questionnaires. To study the adaptability of foreign students in the new cultural environment, the adaptability and problems in language induction, social interaction, daily life, academic activities, etc. And the various ways and means they have taken to deal with cultural differences, and to analyse the internal and external factors that affect cultural adaptation, the links between cultural adaptation and learning, life matching, satisfaction, and the mechanisms by which they interact, To provide theoretical basis for the effective management of managers, provide first-hand information for the formulation of management measures, and provide some effective opinions and suggestions to foreign students, so as to alleviate the psychological pressure caused by cultural differences. Enhance their confidence and ability in cross-cultural communication. According to the results of the investigation, several concrete measures to promote the cultural adaptability of foreign students are put forward.
