【摘要】：文化遗产的综合开发体现在三个方面:一是对文化遗产价值的整体开发,二是将物质文化遗产和非物质文化遗产的开发紧密结合起来,三是将文化遗产与周边地区的开发相统一、政府主导与社会参与相统一。对文化遗产进行综合开发有助于发掘城市文化底蕴,为城市发展营造良好的空间环境。本文在文化遗产基本理论的指导下,通过文献研究和实地调查,归纳新乡市城区——红旗区、牧野区、卫滨区、凤泉区内各处文化遗产总况,分析城区文化遗产开发的整体情况,并以潞简王陵、关帝庙历史文化街、平原博物院为例总结新乡市区文化遗产开发过程中值得推广的经验。又通过孟姜女路改造、关帝庙等案例分析了新乡市文化遗产开发中存在的问题,如:忽视整体性、原真性、可持续性原则,相关部门职能有待强化,公众参与积极性不高等。针对新乡市文化遗产开发现状及问题,提出文化遗产综合开发需注意的一般问题:合理开发,注重保护;坚持文化遗产开发的持续性和可持续性;打造区域特色,构建城市明信片;统筹协作,统一规划。最后指出新乡市文化遗产综合开发利用的途径,即打造历史文化街区,制定科学合理的旅游规划、弘扬中原文化、构建爱国主义教育基地、打造文化产业链。
[Abstract]:The comprehensive development of cultural heritage is embodied in three aspects: the whole development of cultural heritage value and the close combination of material cultural heritage and intangible cultural heritage development. The third is to unify the cultural heritage with the development of surrounding areas, government-led and social participation. Comprehensive development of cultural heritage is helpful to excavate urban cultural information and create a good spatial environment for urban development. Under the guidance of the basic theory of cultural heritage, through literature research and field investigation, this paper sums up the general situation of cultural heritage in Xinxiang City-Red Flag District, Muyu District, Weibin District, Fengquan District. This paper analyzes the overall situation of the development of cultural heritage in urban areas, and sums up the experiences worth popularizing in the process of the development of cultural heritage in Xinxiang by taking Lujianwang Mausoleum, Guandimiao Historical Cultural Street and Plain Museum as examples. Through the reconstruction of Meng Jiangnv Road, Guandimiao and other cases, this paper analyzes the existing problems in the development of cultural heritage in Xinxiang City, such as ignoring the integrity, authenticity, sustainability principle, the functions of relevant departments to be strengthened, and the public participation enthusiasm is not high. In view of the present situation and problems of cultural heritage development in Xinxiang City, this paper puts forward the general problems that should be paid attention to in the comprehensive development of cultural heritage: reasonable development, attention to protection, persistence and sustainability of cultural heritage development, building up regional characteristics, Construct city postcard; coordinate and plan as a whole. Finally, the author points out the ways of comprehensive development and utilization of cultural heritage in Xinxiang, that is, to build historical and cultural blocks, to formulate scientific and reasonable tourism planning, to carry forward the culture of the Central Plains, to build a patriotic education base, and to create a cultural industry chain.
