【摘要】："新时代"的当下定位,是十九大提出的新论断。文艺的"决胜",要通过对文化艺术领域"决胜期"的认识、定位与规划,设定"新目标"。中国文艺需借助"新时代"的优势,深入把握中华文化的精神,建立起中华文化"兼容并蓄、海纳百川"的能力和机制,运用"新思想",踏上"新征程",努力交出一份丰富多彩的艺术创作答卷。
