农耕文化资源价值评估模型与应用研究——基于产业开发的视角

【摘要】：农耕文化资源价值评估是农耕文化资源产业化运作的关键。在分析农耕文化资源价值影响因素的基础上,建立农耕文化资源价值评估指标体系,运用层次分析法获得各层次指标的权重,结合终极指标的得分方法构建我国农耕文化资源价值评估模型,并从农耕文化资源产业开发的可行性及其产业开发模式两方面对该模型进行应用分析,提出3种产业开发模式:政府驱动开发模式、企业驱动开发模式和政府与企业双驱动开发模式。
[Abstract]:The value evaluation of agricultural cultural resources is the key to the industrialization of agricultural cultural resources. Based on the analysis of the factors affecting the value of agricultural cultural resources, the evaluation index system of agricultural cultural resources value is established, and the weight of each level index is obtained by using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Combined with the score method of the ultimate index, this paper constructs the value evaluation model of agricultural cultural resources in China, and analyzes its application from two aspects: the feasibility of the industrial development of agricultural cultural resources and its industrial development model. Three kinds of industrial development models are put forward: government driven development mode, enterprise driven development mode and government and enterprise dual drive development mode.
