涉孔子学院中外声明、公报的内容分析

【摘要】：正2004年以来,孔子学院在全球范围内取得蓬勃发展,截至2016年底,已在全球140个国家建立孔子学院511所,中小学孔子课堂1073个,受到各国民众的广泛欢迎。正如习近平主席在2015年全英孔子学院和孔子课堂年会开幕式上讲话指出的:"语言是了解一个国家最好的钥匙,孔子学院是世界认识中国的一个重要的平台。""孔子学院"越来越多地出现在中外政府条约文件、声明公报和中外领导人重要讲话中,充分体现了孔子学院作为公
[Abstract]:Confucius Institutes have flourished worldwide since 2004. By the end of 2016, 511 Confucius Institutes had been established in 140 countries and 1073 Confucius classrooms in primary and secondary schools, which were widely welcomed by people from all over the world. As President Xi Jinping pointed out at the opening ceremony of the Confucius Institute and the annual Confucius class in 2015: "language is the best key to understanding a country, and Confucius Institutes are an important platform for the world to learn about China." More and more Confucius Institutes appear in treaty documents, statements and important speeches of Chinese and foreign leaders, which fully reflect the Confucius Institute as a public institution.
