中国文化贸易的结构、问题与建议

【摘要】：依据现有统计数据分析,中国已经是文化产品贸易大国,但文化服务出口则表现疲弱,这是中国文化贸易的总体结构特征。中国文化贸易存在占整体贸易比重小、文化附加值低、国有文化企业贡献不足等问题。随着国家将文化贸易上升到国家战略层面,文化贸易相关扶持政策纷纷出台,在巩固现有成效的基础上,中国文化贸易发展尚需着重在发挥内生市场比较优势、培育文化产业主体及促进文化金融等方面发力。
[Abstract]:According to the analysis of the existing statistical data, China has already been a big country in the trade of cultural products, but the export of cultural services is weak. This is the overall structure of Chinese cultural trade. The Chinese cultural trade has the problems of small proportion of the whole trade, low cultural added value and insufficient tribute to the state-owned culture enterprises. On the national strategic level, the support policies of culture and trade have been introduced in succession. On the basis of consolidating the existing achievements, the development of Chinese culture and trade needs to be focused on giving full play to the comparative advantages of the endogenous market, cultivating the main body of cultural industry and promoting cultural and financial resources.
