新耕读文化的现实困境及发展途径

【摘要】：新耕读文化是指在借鉴传统耕读文化精华的基础上,着力提出全面学习,既"耕"且"读",在物质满足的同时追求精神上的提升,但在实际运作中却面临推行、保护体制不健全、唯GDP论盛行等的阻碍,提出了改革、健全新耕读文化行政管理机制,营造浓厚的新耕读文化景点保护和开发氛围,挖掘新耕读文化特有价值并协调各种利益关系,共建新耕读文化公共服务体系等对策。
[Abstract]:On the basis of drawing lessons from the essence of traditional ploughing and reading culture, the new culture of ploughing and reading means to put forward comprehensive study, which is not only "ploughing" and "reading", but also pursuing spiritual improvement while satisfying the material, but it is faced with carrying out in the actual operation. The system of protection is not perfect, but the GDP theory is prevailing and so on. The paper puts forward the reform, perfect the administrative management mechanism of the new tillage and reading culture, and create a strong atmosphere for the protection and development of the cultural scenic spots of the new tillage and reading. To excavate the unique value of new tillage and read culture, to coordinate all kinds of interest relations, and to construct the public service system of new tillage and reading culture.
