文化事业与文化产业的“分”与“合”

【摘要】：十多年的文化体制改革取得巨大成绩,也积累了一些深层次问题,一些困境和矛盾使改革举步维艰,亟需理论突破和思想观念认知的深化。解放思想转变观念仍是文化体制改革的重中之重,要以解放和保护文化生产力为诉求,深化文化体制改革,以文化产业为轴心重构文化体制改革思路。
[Abstract]:Great achievements have been made in the reform of the cultural system for more than ten years, and some deep-seated problems have been accumulated. Some difficulties and contradictions have made the reform difficult. Theoretical breakthroughs and deepening of ideological cognition are urgently needed. In order to restructure the cultural system, we should take the cultural industry as the axis.
