分析新时期文化馆人才队伍建设与管理

【摘要】:针对新时期文化馆人才队伍建设和管理方面的问题进行分析,提出当下我国文化馆人才队伍存在的问题,其内容有:文化馆工作人员年龄偏大,知识更新速度慢,学历和职称相对低下。结合这些内容,总结并阐述了新时期背景下文化馆人才队伍建设和管理策略。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the problems in the construction and management of cultural center talents in the new period, this paper puts forward the problems existing in the talent team of cultural centers in our country at present. The contents of the problems are: the staff of cultural centers are too old and the speed of knowledge updating is slow. Academic qualifications and titles are relatively low. Combined with these contents, this paper summarizes and expounds the construction and management strategy of talent team in cultural center under the background of the new period.
