传统价值观在创新文化建设中的作用及其实现途径

【摘要】：创新文化是文化的重要组成部分，决定着人们的创新精神和创新行为，是社会经济建设的重要保障，是推动社会发展的重要力量。创新文化建设是我国建设创新型国家的重要内容，具有深远的历史意义和重大的现实意义。创新建设涉及创新文化建设、精神建设、制度建设、物质建设等等众多方面。其中作为创新文化的重要组成部分的价值观也是影响创新活动的核心要素之一。要把创新文化建设落实到中国国情中，需要充分利用传统价值观的熏陶和感染。可见如果能对传统价值观的积极作用进行合理利用无疑能形成事半功倍的效果。论文首先从创新文化入手，了解创新文化的特点，详细分析了传统价值观的内涵与特点，然后探究创新文化建设特别是我国的创新文化建设的状况。中国传统价值观是一个中华民族几千年沉淀下来的巨大宝藏。身处不同时代的人们可以根据当时社会实践的需要与时代发展的要求，从中发现符合当代需求的新意义，从而再做出新的解释，添加符合时代发展的新成分。中国传统价值观作为中国传统文化的一部分，现在已经成为了人类的一笔宝贵财富，其本身不仅对文化发展有重大价值，同时对现阶段的创新文化建设也具有不可忽视的意义。创新文化中的观念文化在创新文化中占有重要的地位。观念作为一种具有指导性的概念，虽然是抽象的、普遍的想法。但是它可以直接作用影响于人的行为，会潜移默化地改变人类的思考方式和行为准则，同时还能带动改变人的动向，作用于人们的世界观、人生观、价值观，从而给创新带来不可估量的影响和推动。通过创新文化中观念文化的转化，能带动创新文化的整体发展。本文也就试图从创新观念文化的角度来发掘传统价值观对创新文化建设的作用。价值观念直接影响着人们的创新精神的形成和创新能力的提高。在建设创新型国家的实践中，可以对传统价值观合理利用，形成有利于创新的价值观念，从而激活创新精神，为创新型国家的发展提供精神文化方面的支撑。我国拥有悠久的历史文化，所以我国的传统价值观也随着历史文化的进程而不断沉淀，在这个庞大严密的价值系统中，涵括了各种传统价值观。在这些价值观念中，有的有利于创新精神的形成，有的则严重阻碍了创新精神的生成。本文从庞大传统价值观系统的代表性的价值观入手，重点论述其中有利的传统价值观。传统价值观对创新文化建设毋庸置疑的能够起到帮助。特别是传统价值观的积极作用，本文从几个方面提炼了一些极具代表性的传统价值观并总结了其主要积极作用。创新文化的建设并不是要割裂传统文化，而是要将传统文化中的精华部分继承下来，并进一步弘扬，探究传统价值观在创新文化建设中的积极作用也就显得极为重要。因此本文的落脚点将重点放在传统价值观在创新文化建设中的积极作用上来，从忠心报国、以人为本、以和为贵、兼容并蓄、尚荣知耻这五个拥有积极因素的传统价值观上找到有益的作用。优秀的传统价值观和创新文化的建设是不可分割，相辅相成的。在创新文化的真正继承的时候，传统价值观的精髓，，那些一定能经得起时间的考验的文化，必定能够持久发展，使创新能够真正流行起来，每个人的行为的作用，都是建设创新型国家和推动可持续发展的要求，并最终成为一个民族进步和国家和谐发展的灵魂的驱动力。创新文化建设已经成为了时代主题，我国也提出了建设创新型国家等战略要求，可见研究的必要性，而传统价值观源远流长，拥有众多的精髓。本文通过对国内外创新文化、创新文化建设的现状，传统价值观与创新文化建设的关系的问题进行分析，根据总结解析前人的研究成果，系统阐述了创新文化与创新文化建设的内涵、特点、意义，以及传统价值观的内涵、意义与特征，较好地阐述了传统价值观与创新文化建设的关系，以及传统价值观在创新文化建设中的积极作用，在此基础上较好地分析了具体发挥传统价值观积极作用的有效途径。总的来说，创新文化建设本身在为对传统价值观进行继承，所以可以理解为也是在继承传统价值观的同时产生的创新。创新与继承并重，坚持正确传统价值观的合理利用，是我们建设创新文化的需求，是弘扬传统文化，增强国家文化实力的重要选择。
[Abstract]:Innovative culture is an important part of culture, determines people's innovative spirit and behavior, is an important guarantee of social and economic construction, is an important force to promote social development.
Innovation construction involves innovation culture construction, spiritual construction, system construction, material construction and many other aspects. Values, as an important part of innovation culture, are also one of the core elements affecting innovation activities. It can be seen that if the positive role of traditional values can be used rationally, it will undoubtedly result in twice the result with half the effort. Firstly, the paper starts with innovative culture, understands the characteristics of innovative culture, analyzes the connotation and characteristics of traditional values in detail, and then explores the construction of innovative culture, especially the construction of innovative culture in China.
Chinese traditional values are a huge treasure deposited by the Chinese nation for thousands of years.People in different times can find new meanings that meet the needs of the contemporary society according to the needs of the social practice and the requirements of the development of the times,and then make new explanations and add new elements that meet the development of the times. As a part of Chinese traditional culture, it has become a precious treasure of mankind. It is not only of great value to the development of culture, but also of great significance to the construction of innovative culture at the present stage.
Idea culture plays an important role in innovative culture. Idea, as a guiding concept, is abstract and universal, but it can directly affect people's behavior, subtly change people's way of thinking and code of conduct, and at the same time it can drive people to change their trends. The world outlook, the outlook on life and the outlook on values are applied to people, thus bringing immeasurable influence and impetus to innovation. Through the transformation of the concept culture in the innovative culture, the overall development of the innovative culture can be promoted.
Values have a direct impact on the formation of people's innovative spirit and the improvement of their innovative ability.In the practice of building an innovative country,we can make rational use of traditional values,form values conducive to innovation,thus activate the spirit of innovation and provide spiritual and cultural support for the development of an innovative country.China has a long history. The historical culture, therefore our country's traditional values also along with the historical and cultural process and precipitation, in this huge rigorous value system, contains a variety of traditional values. In these values, some are conducive to the formation of the spirit of innovation, some are seriously hindered the creation of the spirit of innovation. Starting with the representative values of the system, it focuses on the traditional values that are favorable.
Traditional values can undoubtedly help the construction of innovative culture. Especially the positive role of traditional values, this paper abstracts some representative traditional values from several aspects and summarizes their main positive role.
The construction of innovative culture is not to split traditional culture, but to inherit the essence of traditional culture, and further carry forward, explore the positive role of traditional values in the construction of innovative culture is extremely important. In terms of function, we can find a beneficial role from the five traditional values of loyalty to serve the country, people-oriented, harmony-oriented, inclusive, honor and shame.
Excellent traditional values and the construction of innovative culture are inseparable and mutually reinforcing. In the real inheritance of innovative culture, the essence of traditional values, those cultures that can withstand the test of time, will certainly be able to sustain development, so that innovation can really become popular, the role of everyone's behavior is to build innovation. It is the requirement of the type country and the promotion of sustainable development, and ultimately becomes the driving force of the soul of national progress and harmonious development of the country.
The construction of innovative culture has become the theme of the times, China has also put forward the strategic requirements of building an innovative country, which shows the necessity of research, while the traditional values have a long history and many quintessences. Based on the analysis and summary of predecessors'research results, this paper systematically expounds the connotation, characteristics and significance of innovative culture and the construction of innovative culture, as well as the connotation, significance and characteristics of traditional values, and expounds the relationship between traditional values and the construction of innovative culture, as well as the positive role of traditional values in the construction of innovative culture. On this basis, the effective way to give full play to the positive role of traditional values is well analyzed.
