天津市文化产业科技工作者满意度问题研究

【摘要】:当前,我国已进入经济转型、创新驱动的发展阶段,大力发展文化产业,提高文化产业科技含量,抢占文化产业发展制高点至关重要。天津市历史悠久,文化资源丰富,近些年来文化产业发展势头强劲。《天津市国民经济和社会发展第十二个五年规划纲要》明确提出“天津市文化产业增加值年均增长30%,成为支柱产业”。推动文化与科技深度融合是实现这一战略目标的重要举措,而文化产业科技工作者是促进文化与科技融合最能动的要素,其满意度对激发其创新意愿,有效调动工作积极性和创造性具有重要作用。 论文基于满意度研究视角,对天津市文化产业科技工作者满意度问题进行了系统研究。首先,对文化产业、科技工作者、满意度等基本概念进行了界定和分析,对满意度相关理论进行了阐述;其次,结合深度访谈设计了针对文化产业科技工作者的调查问卷,,并在天津市抽取了41家不同特征的文化企业进行问卷调查,最终回收有效问卷386份;然后,利用描述性统计分析、T检验、方差检验、因子分析、逐步多元线性回归、相关性分析等方法实证研究了天津市文化产业科技工作者工作满意度水平、生活满意度水平,工作满意度以及生活满意度的主要影响因素及其与创新、创业意愿及离职倾向之间的相关关系;最后,针对文化产业科技工作者满意度中存在的问题,提出了提高天津市文化产业科技工作者满意水平的对策建议。 论文主要研究结论有:天津市文化产业科技工作者工作及生活满意度处于中等水平;工作满意度主要影响因素为管理制度与个人实现、工作环境和人际关系;工作满意度对文化产业科技工作者科技创新意愿、职业流动具有显著影响。生活满意度影响因素依次是:回报、住房条件、个体状况;生活满意度与流动倾向显著负相关。在上述研究的基础上,论文从政府、行业、企业三个层面,从资金、政策、平台等多个角度提出了提高天津市文化产业科技工作者满意水平的对策建议。
[Abstract]:At present, our country has entered the economic transformation, the innovation drive development stage, vigorously develops the cultural industry, enhances the cultural industry science and technology content, grabs the cultural industry development commanding height is very important. Tianjin has a long history and rich cultural resources. In recent years, the development momentum of the cultural industry is strong. The outline of the 12th Five-Year Plan for the National Economic and Social Development of Tianjin clearly puts forward that "the value added of the cultural industry in Tianjin will increase by 30 per year annually and become a pillar industry". To promote the deep integration of culture and science and technology is an important measure to achieve this strategic goal, and the science and technology workers in cultural industry are the most dynamic elements to promote the integration of culture and science and technology. Effective mobilization of work enthusiasm and creativity has an important role. Based on the perspective of satisfaction research, this paper makes a systematic study on the satisfaction of the scientific and technological workers in Tianjin cultural industry. First of all, the basic concepts of cultural industry, science and technology workers, satisfaction degree are defined and analyzed, and the theory of satisfaction degree is expounded. Secondly, the questionnaire for cultural industry science and technology workers is designed in combination with in-depth interviews. Finally, 386 valid questionnaires were collected from 41 cultural enterprises with different characteristics in Tianjin. Then, descriptive statistical analysis, T test, variance test, factor analysis and stepwise multiple linear regression were used. This paper empirically studies the main influencing factors and innovations of the level of job satisfaction, life satisfaction, job satisfaction and life satisfaction of scientific and technological workers in Tianjin cultural industry by means of correlation analysis. Finally, aiming at the problems existing in the satisfaction degree of the scientific and technological workers in cultural industry, the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the satisfaction level of the scientific and technological workers in the cultural industry in Tianjin. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: the satisfaction of science and technology workers in the cultural industry in Tianjin is at a moderate level, the main influencing factors of job satisfaction are management system and personal realization, work environment and interpersonal relationship; Job satisfaction has a significant impact on the scientific and technological innovation willingness and career mobility of scientific and technological workers in cultural industry. The order of influencing factors of life satisfaction is: return, housing condition, individual condition, and life satisfaction is negatively correlated with mobility tendency. On the basis of the above research, the paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the satisfaction level of the scientific and technological workers of Tianjin cultural industry from three aspects: government, industry, enterprise, fund, policy, platform and so on.
