基于UCD视角的非物质文化遗产APP的痛点分析

【摘要】：非物质文化遗产APP已成为政府部门、出版社、文化机构保护和传承非物质文化遗产的创新途径。非遗APP想要拥有更大的用户规模、更强的用户黏性,应解决非遗APP的痛点。文章从UCD视角切入,解决非遗APP设计与使用中用户关注的问题,增强非遗APP的市场生存能力,以数字化的传承方式进一步提升非物质文化遗产的影响力。
[Abstract]:Intangible Cultural Heritage (APP) has become an innovative way for government departments, publishers and cultural institutions to protect and inherit intangible cultural heritage. APP wants to have a larger user size, stronger user stickiness, should address the pain point of non-legacy APP. From the perspective of UCD, this paper solves the problems that users pay attention to in the design and use of non-posthumous APP, strengthens the market survivability of non-legacy APP, and further promotes the influence of intangible cultural heritage by means of digital inheritance.
