“文化”与“文明”内涵的马克思主义解读与时代要求

【摘要】：文化需要自觉创新,文明需要理性创建,唯有如此,历史的车轮才能继续向前。我们所有关于文化和文明的实践统一于意识形态建设和核心价值观的理论与实践当中,二者既有重合又有分工。只有当我们明晰了它们各自的概念与内涵,廓清了二者之间的关系及其各自的发展规律,才能真正展开有效的文化创新和文明创建,并真正拥有文化"软实力",促进社会主义文明进程。
[Abstract]:Culture needs conscious innovation, civilization needs rational creation, only in this way, the wheel of history can continue to move forward. All our practices on culture and civilization are unified in the theory and practice of ideology construction and core values. Only when we understand their respective concepts and connotations, clarify the relationship between the two and their respective development laws, can we really launch effective cultural innovation and civilization creation, and really have the "soft power" of culture. To promote the progress of socialist civilization.
