汕头开埠黄金发展期留下的启示——以华侨试验区为抓手提振汕头文化张力的思考

【摘要】：汕头是历史上著名的对外开放商业口岸,其商业价值,曾引起远在欧洲的恩格斯的关注,称汕头是“唯一有一点商业意义的口岸”。开埠后,其商业成就举世瞩目。这段历史,长期以来已成为潮人心目中的骄傲。2014年9月,国务院批准在汕头经济特区设立国家级的华侨经济文化合作试验区。回顾历史,以史为镜,无疑对当今的改革发展是有借鉴意义的。以分巡潮惠嘉兵备道兼管水利驿务张铣亲自撰写的“汕头巡道行署碑记”为依据,以高密度的讯息量,展示历史图景,借鉴历史经验,展望汕头华侨经济文化合作试验区的文化发展值得期待的前程。
[Abstract]:Shantou is a famous open commercial port in history. Its commercial value has attracted the attention of Engels in Europe, saying that Shantou is "the only port with a little commercial significance". After the opening of the port, its commercial achievements attracted worldwide attention. In September 2014, the State Council approved the establishment of a national pilot zone for overseas Chinese economic and cultural cooperation in Shantou Special Economic Zone. Reviewing history and taking history as mirror is undoubtedly of great significance to the reform and development of today. On the basis of the "Monument Records of Shantou Road Patrol Administration," written by Zhang Mian, a branch of the Huijia military, who also manages the water conservancy post, and based on the high density of information, the historical picture is displayed and the historical experience is used for reference. Looking forward to Shantou overseas Chinese economic and cultural cooperation pilot area cultural development is worth looking forward to the future.
